Best GP practice I have ever been with. All staff, both medical and clerical so helpful. Patients are so privileged to have you. Thank you all.

With Drs Fordham, Kingston and Nasir at the surgery we really have some caring, hard working professionals looking after us, I hope they stay, they are doing the surgery proud.

Attentive and helpful reception staff, timely communication resulting in both a phone consultation and an 'in person' conultation within 24hrs. Excellent - although I hope I dont have to go there very often :-))

Have great difficulty in seeing a doctor. Have to get through the reception editing sift criteria to get to the first stage of a telephone consulatation appointment! Appointments can take 5days or several weeks depending what category you have been placed in by the reception sift!

I have 'golf' elbow (the inside of the elbow as opposed to 'tennis' elbow, the outside of the elbow) and I need a cortisone injection to relieve the pain, and to enable me to do the things I need to do. (I am left handed). I have been told by my surgery that I must book a telephonic appointment for three weeks time. Depending on the doctor' s diagnosis, I must then book another appointment for the actual injection. This, I have been informed, will take another three to four weeks! Apparently, there is a long waiting list for cortisone injections??????
