Very disorganised. Needing a medication review when I’ve been on the same meds for 3 years and then don’t call in the time they say they will. Constantly mixing up prescriptions and prescribed me the wrong medication for an infection which left me worse. Had to rush to a&e as they couldn’t even get me an appointment to get the right medication

Receptionists are awful bar one who is always polite. Rarely pick up the phone and can be waiting all day for them to actually answer the call. Only been here for a few months but the customer service is disgusting

Absolutely appalling, I don't like having to explain my symptoms to someone who is not the doctor (know it all receptionist) and fobbed off with a telephone appointment eleven days from today for a suspected condition that could potentially have serious health repercussions if not diagnosed or treated within a short time frame.
Let's hope it doesn't come to it for the sake of my health, but there's a high likelihood of a legal case arising from letting a non medically trained individual (receptionist) triage my symptoms therefore delaying treatment.

Disgraceful 6 months to get a vulnerable adult who is profoundly deaf an appointment to check ears prior to receiving a hearing aid. Still no joy went to an arranged appointment to be told its not on the computer.
Sent to specsavers for a hearing test to be told no referral has been received. Advised by Buckland audiology that specsavers would never be able to deal with his level of deafness. Its discrimination at its worst. I willcontact buckland audiology for advice.

I have been at this doctors surgery all my life, every single doctor and nurse has been absolutely great and would definitely recommend for this to be anyone else's GP too, I will never change from here. The surgery has had its ups and downs but which doctors surgery hasn't, but it's always been sorted out in the end.

Honestly, trying to get an appointment with the nurse is near on impossible as the reception staff don't answer the phone and if you turn up in person to try make a booking you get told to go away and ring the unanswerable phone.
