I have never experienced such a desorganised place, it was hard to get an telephone consultation, when I finally did doctor called 2h late when I couldn't answer... I called 5min later to hear that its already busy and I need to try calling again next day. If somebody from the surgery can see this comment, can I have a managers number please?

Rapidly become very poor. Misapprehensions need to be addressed. Mr Hall is not a GP or even a doctor. He is merely a nurse. Check the official registers. The management are ignorant and discourteous and the last thing on this practices mind is patient care. If you try to fix things they just ignore you and caused my wife permanent spinal damage and failed to diagnose malignant cancer in me. Thank God for New Cross Hospital.

Not happy when you get a a doctors phone call appointment ,but miss the call . I called straight away to say I missed the call but you don’t get another one ! Then get told to call back at 8.30 next morning 😬 past a joke especially when it was for a small child Well I didn’t call back next morning I just changed doctors can’t be doing with that kind of service 😡

The care this practise has shown towards my parents and mother inlaw has been nothing other than exceptional. All the way through covid and current times we have been able to get appointments, either face to face or over the phone. The receptionists take the time to listen to your concerns and arrange appointments and care where needed. Nothing is too much trouble. Every member of the team I have dealt with with has given me great confidence and we always come away feeling helped and listened to. Thank you for your continued support.

Awful GP surgery, worsened so much over the years.

Recently called regarding my acid reflux, IBS & neck pain, which I’d been suffering with for years. I was prescribed Gavisgon, Buscopan and Ibuprofen Gel from a GP, (all temporary medicines that you can buy from supermarkets). I spoke to a nurse the next month (from the same practice), explaining how none of these were working & she said she couldn’t believe I’d been prescribed them as none of them would do anything & that I needed long term medication.

2 days ago I went to pick up my prescription for Omeprazole (my medication for acid reflux, finally found something that works!) & the GP has prescribed me Aripiprazole (an anti-psychotic) instead! HOW?! I’m already on medication for a mental illness & if I accidentally took this, I could have been very ill. I rang to confront them about this and I didn’t even get an apology, just a woman going “ahh well we can’t issue your prescription until 3pm today so ring us then ok, bye”.

My Mom was also extremely unwell months ago; bruising easily, legs forming blood clots, gagging when trying to eat, lost a lot of weight in a short period of time, lost her bladder control, swollen legs & ankles, shaking, constantly sleeping - myself and my family cared for her non-stop, I had to quit my job, the GP surgery did nothing apart from a couple of blood tests that all came back “normal”, they didn’t look into the severity of it or even try to investigate it further. I honestly though I was going to lose my Mother & the stuff at Chadsmoor Medical Practice, couldn’t care less.

The reception staff are always rude, show no empathy or care, the GP’s constantly rush me through appointments, it takes months/years to be listened to or taken seriously, the GP’s prescribe medication for mental illnesses as if they’re sweets and either think of themselves as psychiatric doctors, or just don’t understand how much worse mental illnesses can get if prescribed the wrong medication.

I honestly can’t fault this GP surgery enough. I’ll be making numerous complaints, writing to the practice manager, & I honestly believe they should be closed down. The new management have ruined it, if only Dr Speedie was still there!

This surgery not only the treatment and supposed"Duty of Care" , provided but the way you are spoken to by one of the receptionists she is so so RUDE it's shocking and the way I had the GP Pete speak to my husband about the reason for the decision he'd made and the way we told him that a certain medication wasn't working anymore so needed alternative and the alternative medication he offered was an absolute joke and my husband asked the reason for why he couldn't offer something else all the GP said was that it was contraindication but wouldn't answer as to what or why?
Then he hung up
