Came in this morning to collect a form left by the doctor for a blood test, was met by the most rude, vile and condescending women at the reception. It’s bad enough that it’s impossible to get an appointment here these days without waiting an hour on the phone, but to be met by such an arrogant women on the counter. I asked if I could collect my blood form and the women said rudely “I’m sorry what did you say” without even listening to me and said oh do you need to go next door? than I replied no it was left here by the doctor yesterday I gave his name than she could be bothered to go an look for the form.It was as if it was a lot of bother for her. To be honest when I speak to the doctors, nurses or practitioners they have all been really nice. Just need to give the receptionist some training in dealing with people especially in a doctors surgery!!

Would just like to say how fantastic the doctors at this surgery have been to me, Having suffered with severe anxiety and several health concerns. I have only been met with compassion and kindness here. I’ve seen pretty much all of the doctors and couldn’t say a bad word about any of them. Particular thanks to Dr Mutty and Dr Adejumo Omotola. Terrible doctors. You keep ringing to get an appointment and nobody answers. Finally if you do get through you might get a message telling you the booking system is full, then it automatically disconnects you!

Haven't seen a doctor in about 2 years, always fully booked. Almost pointless trying at this point.

I would like to sincerely thank Nurse Lindsay for her amazing manner and care, and her obvious experience resulting in both my recent appointments being as pain free and relaxing as possible. Very needed in the circumstances for what I was seeing her for too which meant both times I left still feeling relaxed and very comfortable which from experience I know this is not always the case. I really do appreciate she goes above her duty of care and appreciate her helpful advice addressing my concerns. So impressed. Thank you.

Everything seems fine, the only problem was the address that is shown on is a house if possible update it is just 3 houses distance

If you're willing to call about 500 times before you get an answer then sign up. Also the reception staff are rude as hell.

I've just tried over 400 times to get an appointment, couldn't even get to the receptionist.
