Very poor service so rude staff i am 36 week pregnant. And went for my iron level blood test i was just4 min late for my appointment because i need to take my daughter to school after i walk to surgery And when i reached receptionist said they cancel
My appointment and if i want i have to book another which they have next week available they have to understand my situation how can i live with out medication..? 😡😡😡and it not first time when ever i call they have alway. Excuse

How long does it take these people to have a conversation?! I've been 22nd in the telephone queue for 20 minutes. If I was at least making progress I'd understand, but being in the same position for so long makes no sense.

Went to gp as I get text message that I have appoitment. When I said that to receptionist blond hair she told me it's phone call. I said that message doesn't said that its phone call...
Without any sorry (for confusing message) she told me it doesn't say that its face to face app to...

How the hell people should know what app they have if they don't state full information.

Very rude! Old reception staff did it so much better.

Please please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on this ‘surgery’. You’ll tell them you’re in severe pain and they’ll see you two weeks later. I don’t know why they have the e consult service on the day when they don’t offer same day appointments. The staff there can seem and sound very condescending and ignorant. Certainly the worst surgery I’ve ever been with and will be moving out of this one as soon as I can, along with my family. This surgery should be investigated for failing to support patients.

Very poor care. Impossible to get an appointment and when they give you a telephone appointment they don’t ring you. One receptionist in particular is very rude and verbally aggressive.

Not a good experience for a patient or relative!

They are the worst. My daughter was sick with temperature, coughing and gave me an appliintment in 8 days . They didn’t even bother with a phone calll. Called 111 and they are sending me to my GP and told me not to go to emergencies and GP is sending me to emergencies . Just useless . That star is only because I can’t give them 0 stars .

Meant to receive a phone call for an appointment booked since last week Wednesday, it’s 2pm and no call yet. Tried calling the surgery and telephone number isn’t going through. What a service indeed!

I know all surgeries get a hard time but I have always had excellent care from the Doctors and medical team
