my husband and I have been with your surgery for over 40 years and to hear via Facebook that all of our regular long standing doctors are leaving is a bit of a shock to say the least !!!!!

Rude receptionists, doctors that have no time for you, and one that has been in prison, I have been with this surgery since I was born, all the doctors left recently and now it is aweful

For the 15 years I have lived in Gravesend I have been with this surgery and using the Doctor's who have now retired / left the practice, my how I miss Ian. I have had a service that I can only be thankful for regarding my referrals for Atrial Fibrillation to Guys & St Thomas and I am now very well, though with a painful limp in my left leg, but not bad for a 64 year old male....
That said, I have not needed to see a Doctor for the last year, but my wife who has recently been diagnosed with cancer has been SCARED away and now uses the White Horse walk in due to the rudeness of the reception staff. My optician has this week informed me that this surgery has recently been take out of special measures, I was never informed that my surgery was ever placed in special measures. Is that legal?
It seems that there is now just one Doctor who owns the whole practice and is making extensive modifications to the building to change it in to a home for the infirm which will be more profitable for him but not such a good Doctors surgery for the rest of us.
I truly think we are seeing the end of the family Doctors surgery as we know it and I'm not sure what the future holds for us the loyal patients, after all, what input do we have.....?
My plea to the surgery is please be mindful of your customers, from the receptionists down to the Doctors, it is us you rely on for your employment....
