The Forthouse Surgery

Lovely surgery, excellent team of friendly doctors, helpful support staff and easy to get an appointment at short notice. So sorry to have to leave this surgery but just moved and now out of catchment area:(

Doesn't take on new patients, Emailed asking for help I am grateful for getting a response but the email response didn't even include my correct name its meant to be health and Walton does not look after new people well at all not just this surgery but all.

Absolutely loved this surgery and highly recommended it everyone I know locally. However, I've just called up and they've informed me that they have taken me off of their records for no apparent reason and without informing me. I now have to go to A&E as I am not registered at any doctors surgery for a condition a GP could have helped me with. Really gutted.

Doctors are lovely but find the front desk unhelpful

My family have truly has been So looked after by this amazing surgery all off the staff are amazing i feel so lucky to be with fort and thank them all so much for all they have done for me and my daughter
