Really difficult trying to get my Hep B vaccine. The pharmacy I chose to get the vaccine sent to wasn’t able to administer the vaccine so why was I able to choose this? Took days to even get a reply about what options I had. Ended up getting a refund and choosing a different clinic. This may be the cheaper option but it’s not worth the hassle.

not received and funny how I'd ordered same in past without an issue. Sorry but I won't be using Lloyds pharmacy again.

Surprised at the negative reviews here - my experience has been faultless - swift and sound advice, followed by fast prescriptions if required, and able to collect from my local pharmacy within hours.

Second time using the service. Both times pharmacy I selected was closed due to my staff shortages but online GP not aware.
Long time on hold awaiting customer service to answer the phones.
The person I eventually spoke to the second time was very helpful.

Ordered Covid tests and paid for expedited delivery. Took a week to arrive using Evri. Dishonest company, waiting to hear about a refund but won't hold my breath.

I entered an incorrect pharmacy address in error, and it's over a month later and the issue still isn't resolved and I don't have my prescription. The customer service here is very inefficient and ineffectual.

Unfortunately they only use Evri for deliveries which means next day deliveries no longer work and in our case can take weeks, our recent delivery we asked for a refund as was still on its way over two weeks later , however we have now closed our account after being let down on our last few deliveries and am glad to say we now use another service who do not use Evri and do deliver next day.
