Booked an appointment with a Doctor ... Yes Doctor .. not the receptionist not the cleaner .. no one else but a Doctor !! Arrived early .. to my surprise a voice would you like to come through !! I thought great at last real service .. !! Unfortunately my joy was short lived .. yes no Doctor .. at this stage I'm thinking the receptionist is my next best replacement !! Well they do act like they are doctors anyway .. No ..I received a lady who announced that she was going to " measure my Height " weigh me . .. and take my blood pressure .. ! Great .. I know how tall I am and how heavy I am .. and yes I'm stressed .. well done Tudor Surgery Nantwich for being so useless ... ! Mosslands surgery in Irlam Manchester is brilliant .. shame I'm not aloud to stay there "40 miles away " .. I feel better getting that out . So my blood pressure is okay now 👍

Many thanks to Nathan & Kerry for their advice, & especially Helen, for her endless patience this morning. Good to see the excellent staff at Tudor, working as a team. Well done, brilliant surgery all round.

Not very happy about a recent experience with the surgery. My partner put in a routine perscription via the Patches system they use. He asked to speak to a Doctor regarding changes they made last time to his meds (without his permission or a call to discuss with him). Only to receive the most disgusting, snotty response from a lady who I won't name. Not only was her response incorrect with information as looking at the last patches message, he had no such information provided / actions to take. But the tone in which she used was accusatory, unfriendly and quite frankly not what you would expect as customer service in response to someone your dealing with who is not well. Can you please remember that you are dealing with people, and your first go to should not be to respond in a rude manner to those you should be assisting. Horrible customer service. Do better!

Rang for an emergency appointment at 2pm spoke to a doctor at 5.15pm and was seen by Dr Malone at 5.35pm… amazing didn’t rush the appointment and was fully checked over and went above and beyond despite not seeing a GP for a few years.

Every time I try to get hold of them for issues that are of high importance it’s a struggle and nightmare just to get hold of them. I’ve been ignored countless times and forced to call relentlessly just to get a response I’ve gone without serious medication for weeks because of them and become unwell. There is a serious lack of care and duty. And I believe medical negligence.

After developing chest pains I tried to make an appointment to see a doctor at Tudor Surgery. The Patchs online consultation system ensures that you don't see a GP face to face but I received a phone call from (and I will use his real name because he doesn't deserve anonymity) a Doctor Spooner who told me it was probably stress. With worsening symptoms I contacted the surgery again and Dr. Spooner very reluctantly agreed to see me in person, saying "I suppose you want me to have a listen to your chest". That would be a start, I thought. Dr. Spooner listened to my chest and, finding nothing out of the ordinary, told me the pain was psychosomatic, it was all in my head. I should avoid stress and relax, he advised. He appeared extremely sceptical when I told him I had never smoked. With ever worsening symptoms I left Tudor Surgery and enrolled at Nantwich Health Centre. Within days I had seen a GP face to face, all the relevant tests were arranged and it quickly became apparent that I was suffering from a hiatus hernia. I'm not the kind of person to hold a grudge but I am still extremely angry at the unprofessional and condescending behaviour of Dr. Spooner. Perhaps the other GPs at Tudor Surgery are fantastic but I have to base my review on what I experienced and I suffered unnecessarily for many weeks, and may have continued to do so, because of his inaction. Do yourself a favour: avoid Tudor Surgery and Dr. Spooner like the plague.

Absolutely irresponsible receptionists - 3 months you can ask to add re-order pills to the NHS system - and nothing

Disgraceful. Poor communication on further testing. I had to chase up my own test results. Referral for investigations not done and chased up for months. Call backs not made to me when advised they would be. Advised pain relief would be ready, not done. Marking a request as urgent and being advised (when chased) that I would be called the following day. Reception staff rude and given me incorrect information. Fobbed off by GP's for many months despite stating ongoing pain and discomfort. As soon as my health condition has been adequately treated I intend to make a complaint to the highest level and change GP surgery. Service so bad you really couldn't make it up.
