Today we needed to call the surgery regarding a sick neighbour. The receptionist was very prompt in reacting to our issue. I received a message that the duty doctor would call back. In a matter of minutes, Doctor Cotter was on the phone. Along with a friend we overheard the conversation where at the end, Doctor Cotter agreed to come to the house ASAP. I had heard a lot about this doctor so it was lovely to meet her in person. In a matter of minutes Doctor Cotter was able to diagnose and prescribe treatment which we have now commenced. What a lovely lady, we are all so grateful.

I recently had a procedure with Dr Amy Reimoser and assistant. I was quite nervous as I'd had it done before and it was very painful. They were both really reassuring and kind and the procedure was quick and relatively painless.

I've always received a high level of care and great service from all doctors and nurses here, especially Dr Burns. I briefly moved away from Sussex and was very happy to rejoin this surgery on my return.

3 months My wife keeps having numbness in her arms and legs, constant dizziness and head aches! Everytime she goes to the doctor they just check her blood pressure and temprature.. say they dont know what it is and thats it. They told her to keep a diary over 6 weeks, and another blood test in a months time... They dont do anything even after how many times shes had to go to the doctors or have an amublance because she cant feel her arms and legs and they still wont diagnose anything. Just back to square 1 every time we speak to the doctor, explaining the same things over again to a different doctor. They are kind and polite people, but useless in the medical field.

Terrible. I was prescribed medication that had serious side effects, I was told I could not see or speak to the doctor who prescribed them. I was supposed to of had a phone call to check how I was doing which I never had. When I finally did get a call 4 weeks later I explained how the drugs made me feel and I was told someone would be in touch...still no call.
staff couldn't care less.

After waiting 28 mins to get through because I won’t say what my problem is (Very personnel) to the Receptionist I can’t get an on the day appointment, I now have to jump through a stick & hoop on the Internet to get an appointment, this surgery is lacking care to it’s Patience as this last week I have been treated badly

Like many GP and primary care services decimated by tory party cuts and incompetence it is impossible to book at online appointment, phoning up doesn’t work as no one answers the phone, online prescription reorder says it’s sent, but the pharmacy knows nothing about it.
This will only lead to worse health outcomes for others down the line

I went there for a midwife appointment, and I must say the treatment received was excellent. Everyone is so polite and it’s wonderful to feel that, I haven’t felt that for a long time. I will be changing GP surgery as soon as I can. Thanks for making me feel so welcome.

Highly recommend. Between here and the other surgery in cuckfield, me and my family have received excellent care in good time. We Moved from london and have been very impressed with the surgery and its Drs. Well run and organised, good use and mix of technology and face to face available, to meet individual needs.
