Dr R Venugopal

Very poor service.

Dr Venugophal has been my doctor for around 30 years, he has always listened, got me through a chronic painful episode lasting 11 years and lately cancer, he gives referrals when he thinks necessary. You can always get through to the Reception and appointment times are brilliant. As a service I really cannot fault it, the staff are pleasant, friendly and try to be accommodating when they can. First Class.

One of the shittest dr I’ve ever seen! Every time you see him he’ll just ask you for blood test!! I don’t even know he’s actually dr or not! Every time you visit if you ask something extra he start shouting and just say change your GP!!

Excellent GP. Very knowledgeable & experienced. He has diagnosed correctly every time & referred me to appropriate hospitals or consultants.

New Dr is very nice and understands. However the lady at the reception twist words and does not speak with any respect and does not try to understand reason for your call

They don't deserve any star, rude staff at reception , the doctors are okay but unfortunately reception staff very rude with people, every time when i call or i am going there they treat me very bad.....
