Friendly & very helpful receptionists that go the extra mile to help & the drs are very good, they don't just give you a tablet & leave you to get on with it. They all do their best for their patients.

The receptionist was very helpful in sorting out my sample and BP record chart by going an extra mile . Thanks this means a lot to me.

If there was a ranking for the worst GP in London, this could be the one ranked the top. First day visited the GP on 17th Oct in regards to transfer my last GP to this one since I have moved my house. Received a call a week later confirming my appointment with a nurse on 14th Nov (which was a long wait). On that call the person had already mentioned, appointment might be cancelled or rescheduled if the nurse is unavailable due to sickness.

Last night received a text message confirming my appointment tomorrow and today just two hours before the appointment I received a call saying that the nurse is unavailable.

Very disappointed with the services and stuff attitude from the Glen Road Medical Centre.

Horrible. Terrible call service. Majority of the doctors dismiss you on a painkiller that doesn’t help your issue. Doesn’t directly tell you diagnosis sometimes. The reviews say the staff are friendly and the blood tests are good but that’s not even them doing the blood tests. They’re so friendly they won’t discuss things with you for more than 5 mins if you’re lucky to even get 5 mins. Any problems with daily medications they’ll just say continue regardless or increase the dosage with the same medication and if that doesn’t work they’ll increase it again to the point where overdosing is a better way to see a doctor who’d help.

By far the worst GP I have ever seen in my life. Normally I don't feel intrigued to write a review but this African GP (don't know what his name is) really got on my nerves. I came with an ongoing knee issue which I have had for a long time which only becomes painful when triggered. He told me there was nothing for him to do as I am not in constant pain and then started -in the rudest way ever- questioning my aim of the visit as if I were faking my injury. After he told me he would refer me to a radiologist, he didn't bother explaining the details of the ultrasound booking and I had to ask him about what to expect and the timeservice which the booking is gonna take to be confirmed. He finished the conversation by saying "thanks for your visit" as though he was kicking me out to enjoy his cup of tea. Would have gone for a zero rating had it been available.

This practice used to be an excellent GP, but last 1 year it gone down hill drastically. The new online booking system and appointment system is super annoying. what if the persondoesn'thave Internet access or mobile data or doesn't even have a smartphone? It's a shame that when you're in need GP won't help you with your condition, instead they ask to call 111 where there's another awfully long queue. And GP also ask to go to A&E which is always 8 to 9h waiting time for a treatment to get. It's very frustrating for someone who's already suffering and again have to face all these hassle. Soo ridiculous. I'm completely dissapointed on my GP service they're providing.

My partner tried to be seen for tonsillitis today. She was coughing up blood this morning, and had a hard time breathing. She called 111 and was redirected to multiple Medical centres till she was told to go to this one. On the phone she tried to explain to the doctor her symptoms, and asked if it was possible to supply her with penicillin. The doctor told her she didn't have all the symptoms and was refused medication, but on top of that, he was yelling at her over the phone and continuously cutting her off. After an intense phone call she was able to get seen by him, only to find him being just as rude in person, and "prescribing" two over the counter drugs (8 paracetamol a day, and 6 ibuprofen a day) which is OBVISOUSLY UNSAFE. I would not trust this place, as they couldn't care about a person's well being.
