Worst GP services i have ever seen in my life. Dont listen patient and dont suggest or talk anything.
Just keep quiet !
Dont waste your time to make an appointment with DR T Lwin.
Appointment :2 weeks waiting !
I have to wair 2 weeks for my appointment and after 2 mins to see gp and he said made another appointment in 2 or 3 weeks.
Not Recommended at all!!!!!!!!

It is not the building it is the Care and efficiency of staff. I am very fortunate to say I don't visit my GP very often. But recently I have needed the GP and a load of tests. Dr Lwin has been brilliant. Even telephoning me on a Saturday. I have complete confidence in the surgery. The online patient records are excellent to.

Every time I visit these doctors I feel like I am being a nuisance. They want you in and out as soon as possible.

I have had nothing other than paracetamol prescribed for me AND my son! How is that possible in over 8 years??? One of the doctors loves to ask random questions that are none of his concerns (what is my job) instead of concentrating on the matter at hand.

Hard to understand the receptionists at times as a couple have a strong accent. Which is fine but why have them man the phones?

Even if you arrive on time there is a wait.

Rude staff including the nurse. She cancelled my apmt cz of misunderstanding.

When finally got apmt and saw a doctor he was very standoffish. I was there to sort a prescription for my daughter eczema. He perscribed me the smallest amount of cream even though I had shown him the orevious prescription was 300ml. He still prescribed 100ml and told me it was a large quantity.

Really not happy with this surgery at all!

If we were late by 3 minutes we are not allowed to see the doctor

Ridiculous service by both staff and doctor!

No proper diagnosis advised ..very poor ..waited for 7 visits to see for any improvements hence this review

Highly advise a paid nhs services for people that can atleast afford to get treated quicker as its related to our health..

The worst gp ever. Was waiting for an appointment for ages and when finally i went there, they said that they mixed my name with someone else.. how is that possible at all?? So i had to wait for another month again. As i said, worst place and service ever

The worst surgery ever in London. My daughter was suffering from wheezing and I made an appointment with the GP. The receptionist there told me that I have an appointment at 10.30 on Friday and I was there at 10o j26. When I approached her the immediate response was like you are late and the doctor said he can't see you and to my surprise she said the appointment is at 10 ish . I said it was at 10.30 and she sounded harsh and said no it's at 10. I said OK let it be my mistake (though it is not as I didn't receive the message also) but my daughter is suffering and unable to breathe . She said we can't do anything for that and the doctor said he can't see you .. you can go to the hospital( I went to the NHS couple of days before waited with my daughter and my one Year old met the doc and was not satisfied ) so then Coming to the GP here he can't respond like that heights of irresponsibility as a doctor what if a life is in danger because of him.. Again its the worst GP ever with a very bad service except for the lady doctor there.

Having joined this practise many years ago from a much larger one where the dr misdiagnosed my husband which led to him being hospitalized for 3 months,i have to say we have always received the best treatment from dr Lwin .The reception staff have been amazing and always gone out of their way to help .Just want to say a massive thank you to you all ,and wish dr Lwin a happy retirement .Regards Susan and Domenic Fonti X
