Staff very polite

I visited the Earlswood Centre last week for the first time. The receptionist and nurse were friendly and efficient and I was most impressed by Dr Forgie , who was knowledgeable, listened carefully to all my questions and answered them. It was the first time I felt I was being dealt with by someone both sympathetic and effective in dealing with the next steps in my treatment . Thank you so much.

The diabetes team are exceptional. Their knowledge is awesome & will go above and beyond to really help because they care.
