Family GP supporting my young family from birth for 16 years. Through tough times Doctor, Nurses and team have always been there to support and do their best for my children. Sure one sometimes waits a little longer because of the attention given, but when it’s needed It’s given and that’s why I wouldn’t be anywhere else.

Because of the pandemic, i had to book an appointment over the phone. The people who picked up were very unhelpful and unclear but eventually, when i managed to get an appointment, the doctor was lovely. She was efficient, helpful and concise. Thanks.

Recently moved to the area and have no idea how this place is still running, the front of house ignore you and are unwelcoming, they then ask if you've checked in! I was stood at reception for 7 mins being ignored, there is no bell to ring and short of banging on the glass, I'm not sure what they expect when I decide to just sit and hope for the best. Self check-in is out of order. If you're not going to supply the patient care then at least have computers do it for you. Everything here seems out of order. Very confused as to what kind of training is given or whether the practice manager even cares. Also the place is very run down and when I had to go upstairs I was insulted further by a rotten egg smell. Left very confused!

Absolutely useless, with illtrained and rude staff with no clue whats going on. GP dont see anyone,
Very strange staff on reception. Appointment hours is 8:30 for morning appointment and 13:00 for afternoon.
I called 12:47 they call at 13;00.
I called at 13:00 then no appointments as there is limited appointments. I got really bursted I told I called just 10 minutes ago and you said call at 13:00 and now appointments available, and I told she is 3years old then she told docotor will call you what is criteria and procedure for appointments. It’s look like they are choosing patient oh I like this one I will give him appointment rest all is waste fellow.

Seriously very strange peoples my daughter is sick and non stop crying with ear pain. And Gp Doing phone consultation and without diagnose prescribed antibiotic like they are doing clinical trials, experimenting medicines on human beings, blindly prescribing anything. In my life very strange Gp is looking on Google and then prescribing paracetamol.

I am having pain in my knee but they have never seen me face to face since January. This is the approach to see paitient.

My wife having some muscle issue but they can not diagnose.
I really don’t understand are they really doctors or just pretending they are doctors.

No ones bothers to do a face to face appointment. This corona give them more excuses and liberty. Please stop giving these excuses everyone is working now and going offices. We went in peak time also without exemption.

I appeal to government please do something need to take some action against all these. If surgeries have and expecting no tolerance policy then we patient also expecting respect from you all same.

Switched here due as my previous GP is still the worst in the country.

My gosh the difference. Caring receptionists who try to help you without acting like gatekeepers, GP and nurses who will listen to you and not ha e you in and out in 2 minutes.

If you're looking for a decent surgery, this is the perfect place.

Reception staff are lovely if you don't talk to them like dirt and remember they are human too. Such a breath of fresh air to have these ladies on the front desk compared to other surgeries. Always helpful and great sense of humour.

NB Front page on here has wrong phone number and opening time to call is incorrect on the website I think? Practice Manager may want to check that one out.

I had a very strange situation. I called 111, they checked who my GP was and they said that I am lucky because they have space for appointment and I have to wait for the call. When no one called me for 5 hours,I logged call by myself . I was told I would have a call from the health assistant until 6pm that day . It was Friday before 19th of September 😅 I am still waiting for this call 😂😂

Very bad experience toady.after my first check up i been told to book hygienist. Hygienist told me book two appointment but didn't said they will charged for second one.i paid £67.50 which is band 2 .so it should be cleaning and scaling ,polishing. But my first visit they charged full money and did only deep cleaning for half teeth only.today was my second one but who ever booked they booked normal check up not hygienist. On the top they charged me £35 for wrong appointment. Istill i been left half of my teeth after paying full amount of treatment. Very unhappy and disappointed 😞
