Had enough with this place. I get more ill dealing with them once you actually get through for an appointment! Dr. Quartly is single-handedly the worst doctor I've ever come across. Rude, unhelpful and miserable does not begin to describe this "doctor". He does not give a rats if you were calling dead or alive. Either in person or over the phone he treats you like an inconvenience, talks down to you, sighs down the phone, and generally does not want to help. His first responses are not to help, ask questions or make suggestions. He does not get to understand your health issue. It's simply "I don't know what else to suggest then" was his first response. He told me he does not have time to help me on the phone so I should come down in person to talk for longer. The reason i'm calling on the phone is because i'm UNABLE to get down in person so instead he said he doesn't have time! Unreal! I've had quite a few encounters with him and I've always done my best to avoid seeing or speaking to him and he has not changed any of these times. My dad had exactly same bad experiences with him where he was unbelievably unhelpful. I've heard this from many of people too. People take time out their working day so they're able to see a doctor for help and this guy wants nothing to do with you. The only doctor I can praise highly is Dr.Scott. However I have had enough of this place. Phone lines are supposed to open at 8 a.m every day but it takes about 10 minutes before they do open and then immediately "line busy" for another 20 minutes. Once you do get through its, "hmm well i'll see if there's any appointments left". Honestly a complete farce. I strongly recommend against this so called "practice". I'd be glad to see this place shut down which would be all for the right reasons.
