If you care about your life or your health, AVOID at all cost. My family and I had been with this surgery for over 10 years, we are a 3 min drive away and have been taken off their register. Why?? Their boundaries changed. Did they tell me this?? No. I have children with difficult health issies and even recently had been in hospital with them and this surgery decides in the midst of it they can no longer accommodate us. No warning no email no call. We got a letter through the post AFTER we were removed. After calling and waiting 1 hour for them to answer calleand I asked what had happened I was spoken to with such disdain, why?? Because I'm no longer worith them. They dehumanise to the level you are not even a person to them but just another number. This ladies and gentle is the core of the surgery, you wait forever for an appoktment, be on the phone for hiurs and when you reach them, they dont care abiut you. Dont believe everything Insaid, research and find out why this practice was recently listed as being one of worst Bedfordshire for patient care. Im gald Im out but not in the way they did it, cmpromising the medical of my family.Take away message, If younvalue your lofe and health, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Absolutely ridiculous. My mother hasn't been able to get a face to face appointment since the pandemic. They very rarely call back. My mother is diebtic and suffers severe arthritis. She had been prescribed many different medications which havent been reviewed in the last 4 years and has recently ended up in hospital with seriously low levels of haemaglobin and pneumonia. Her medicine is causing her deteriorate. What has this surgery come to when you can not get a simple call back or been seen by a doctor as the first point of care. This is pure neglect and I am seriously concerned about the standard of care.

If you are trying to quit smoking and need the extra help you can forget about getting this support from the smoking support worker. If you miss just 1 phone call she automatically assumes you don't need the help and stops the nicotine patches on the spot I was in the high dose also and the thoughts to just stop them immediately just because I missed a phone call is bad. Also knowing someone will have withdrawal symptoms from not having them is shockingly disgusting. Don't start the patches just stop. I didn't need them before I quit smoking a fue years ago, but thought I would try these patches to lower the withdrawal symptoms. But shockingly was stopped on the spot...

I don't like to give bad reviews, but this surgery is one of the worst I've come across.
Rude, unempathetic, unhelpful receptionists. Even if your on deaths door not an option for an appointment just go Ane this are disinterested. Prescriptions arent ready even when you have been told to come collect. Its like your disturbing them, went to collect a few things didn't even check sent me to the pharmacy to find out there wasn't one sent!
Dr Owusu is the only reason I am still with this gp surgery.

When you can see the Doctors they are pretty good, but the system is appalling. My child has suspect Group A Strep, and 111 said the doctors should see her urgently today. The best this rude receptionist could do was offer me an appointment 10 days away. The practice manager refused to talk with me, and the reception lady couldn’t care less about my child’s health) They are an embarrassment to the GP’s they represent.

The worst surgery I have ever come across. I would not even give it one star but I have no choice. It is impossible to get hold of an appointment, by the time you call and get through everything is gone. If you call at 1.30 for an emergency even thats gone. How awful. Ive called many time on time and be 2nd in queue and as soon as someone picks up the line drops, they don't bother to call back. When I ask the receptionist they brush it off by saying there is no way for us to call back. Pathetic. Today I was in the call back system even after calling at at 8.31 I get a call at 11.00 and as I'm about to pick up they cutt the call. My phone did not even fully ring once for them to cut the line. Absolutely pathetic, they have no sympathy at all. Rude staff. Very disappointed would not recommend at all.

My child has had breathing difficulties phoned 111 they advised to take him to hospital emergency, hospital referred to GP for doctor review and here we go receptionist said call at 8:30, was on caller 30th, then no appointment call 1:30 again nothing call tomorrow at 8:30, phoned them again no 30, after an hour the receptionist told me to call again at 1:30 to find out whether they can see him or not?
Come on my child will suffer again if it happened soon and we are paying NHS never used them often and both parents working though hard times in care sector. What kind of services we are getting here?

Have been having anxiety whenever I needed to call for an appointment. Today I called and spoke with a lady Jayah, not sure if I spelt her name correctly, but I just want to say THANK YOU🙏. She put me at eased, she was calm, polite and super helpful. Please pass on my feedback to her.
