Poor service since the pandemic, they don’t want to give face to face appointments, don’t take your problems seriously, gave me wrong dates many times, cannot get hold of doctors, when you finally go they tell you to “just wait a bit longer and come back if it gets worse” and this was the case for my issues my daughter and my husband. I guess it is an overall NHS problem due to lack of stuff but I don’t feel listened and it doesn’t seem the doctors care. The receptionist and nurses are lovely though.

I am guilty of not going to the doctors when I should , have always been that way. Have had to over the last few months and been very suprised at the great service and follows ups I've had , especially as things are at present. Another call today to see how I'm doing on current meds reminded me to put this review in. Considering the climate , service has been superb , indeed with the East Surrey hospital as well , all in all no complaints at all. My thanks to all staff involved.

Telephone appt not feeling well thinking I may have shingles in my mouth. Had to take a photo of the ulcers in my mouth, impossible to do. Could not get a word in when gp phoned. Was not asked how I felt, just spoke over me. I have been at the moat house for years and also work for the nhs, appalling service. I thought they were there to listen obviously got that wrong. Truly I could cry.
A nd I think it is wrong to have to tell the reception the reason I want an appt.

Very good experiences with all staff including reception so far. Good communication, easy to book appointment online, friendly nurses, physicians and doctors.

Since moving to the Moathouse in 2020 I have been very impressed with their service, particularly for children. The triage service is great to speak to a doctor within an hour of calling reception and have always been able to get a face to face appointment for my kids within an hour so of calling. Great service!

I have always found the nurses very helpful and pleasant, they make you feel relaxed if you are feeling anxious. The people on reception are always fine as well.I have not needed to see a doctor face to face for a long time I have had a couple of phone consultations which were a bit strange but did answer what I needed to know at the time.

I have been a patient since 2004. I visit a private podiatrist every 6 weeks and in early Nov 2022 at an appointment she said she was concerned about my lower left leg. She ran test and said an artery was blocked. She gave me a letter to give to my GP I handed it to Moat House reception the next day. After 3 weeks I had heard nothing and went to reception - Dr had been on leave - a she would receive a reminder. a further 3 weeks on still no response. I sent a message on surgery website and was given a date the next month for a test at surgery. The condition deteriorated and it was making it difficult for me to continue normal life. A holiday was cancelled. I went to surgery and asked if the matter could be expedited. Receptionist went away for some time and said that the person who responded to my message had mistakenly simply given me a date for the same test I had early November. I would have to wait until new year for an appointment (presumably with a specialist.) Contact with a doctor does not seem to be an option. All very worrying - a service I could rely on no longer seems to be functioning when it is most needed.

The ability to interact via email or text message is simply dreadful. I received a peremptory message from the surgery today to submit my blood pressure reading without context or the ability to ask a question or reply.
