Kingsfold Medical Centre

I can count on one hand how many times I have visited my doctors in the last 10 years.
Just visited them today to ask for some blood tests doing and got told they will not do them.
Work full time, pay my taxes and ask for just one thing to be done and get shunned.
Thinking I’d be better shafting the state like some others do and get looked after better.
Unbelievable.

Over the last 60 plus years have been at 2 different practices both had doctors that seemed capable but other staff there was hard work trying to get to see a doctor chasing results up getting medication the attitude of the staff was like it was a war you needing help and understanding of your needs from the practice and they was trying to stop you which made the whole experience terrible only just joined Kingsfold Medical Centre only contact so far is with the reception both by phone then in person and found them very helpful considerate and professional making you feel you are there too be helped not to be in a battle with wish I had joined here years ago thank you

I simply cannot praise this surgery enough
I am currently recovering from pneumonia and had it not been for Dr Ravi’s prompt care and actions getting me to hospital so quickly it could have been much worse.
Lynn Claire and all the other staff are just brilliant too and go out of their way to help…makes all the difference when you’re feeling poorly…..
Also I must mention lovely Lorraine who has done so much for me…..

Called up about registering myself and my two small children as this had some of the best reviews however my experience did not live up to the reviews. Explained that we had moved address and that my practice was removing us from their register as not in practice boundary and asked if we could register here as it comes up on my list of local gp surgery’s on the nhs website. Receptionist immediately said that I wasn’t in their practice boundary before she had even taken my postcode or checked. I explained the above that it shows on the nhs website plus it was also close to where I work as I pass it everyday which makes more sense than a surgery in the opposite direction but I was immediately dismissed as apparently I’m not in the elusive practice boundary. My son is 1 year old and in need of his vaccinations and no one seems to think this important or care the only thing that matters is the boundary. Very very poor service from a surgery that is supposed to be highly regarded.

Absolutely outstanding practise. Every time I call I get a telephone appointment on the day and have also even been seen to on the same day! Lovely and helpful staff.

Made to feel welcome. Appreciate Dr Ravi professionalism, caring and compassionate to patients. Doesn't feel as if appointments are rushed. Wouldn't want to have a different GP.

Have to say Best GP service going . Receptionist are always friendly and Dr Ravi is great
