i had a phone consultation with a lovely lady, who is a nurse practitioner.
she took time to listen to my systems,and very quickly organised,tests ect, to get a full diagnosation, to which this is still ongoing.
I needed to be reassured of a problem,and the nurse practitioner rang me, and put my mind at ease,and at no time did i feel i was not wasting the practices time.
so a big thank you to sue tonks.

Very caring and supportive.

Awful system for booking appointments so hard to get in for an appointment then when you get through a doctor has to call you back. Instead of getting in.
Also the receptionist is so rude and arrogant she needs sacking.

Awful system for booking appointments, they make it so difficult to get seen for anything that's not an emergency. They refuse to give times for telephone appointments meaning you could wait all day to get one and miss it if you're not attached to your phone for even 1 minute!

Went above and beyond to access specialist advice for our family.
