Billingshurst Surgery

I never got a call back.
50 mins wait.
Would not see my mother who had a temp of 102 and infection in an ulcer
Took all day to have antibiotics given
Would not take a swab of infected ulcers to determine the bacteria and thus administer correct antibiotic
When she went for change of dressing the legs were not cleaned.. and she was treated terribly

They don't call back, don't comply with requests until you get the social services to contact them. Won't issue urgent medication for disabled children. Honestly I'm going to have to get legal advice, in my opinion they are down right neglectful and negligent, absolutely disgusting service.

Really disappointed. Only last week i heard the government are trying to resolve wait times for GP's. Lack of funding im sure doesnt help but trying to get an appointment at this surgery seems to be worse than others in the local area. In the que for 20 minutes this morning with a poorly baby and the only option is to call back tomorrow at 08.00 and they will try and see him same day. Both child care provider and surgery itself say it's important to see him but what can you do?! I'll just tell him to wait a little longer.....

45 mins on the phone at 810 am only to be told all appointments are gone at 8:03 AM. Not fit for purpose and an absolutely shambles. Vulnerable people will die because of this service, why can you NOT see your GP.

Appt. System deplorable. Can't send scripts down to pharmacy on time. Why are receptionists sending down repeat scripts. They are not qualified to be actioning this!!! Half the time they don't do it!!!!

It may as well be closed! Impossible to get through on the phone,even if you go there you are told to phone next morning! There are NEVER any patients in the waiting room when you go in,what are they doing??
Absolutely pathetic! Will be changing surgery asap!!😡😡

So impressed with the care from all the staff I’ve received today. I felt listened to and the receptionists were so amazing and calmed me down so much. Thank you everyone

Worse surgery I’ve ever had to deal with.
I recently had an infection that could have turned to sepsis my doctors and 111 were totally neglectful. You can never get an appointment or even get through on the phone 😡😡
