I FELT SO RELAX WITH HER ,SHE'S GREAT !!!!

This surgery is a nightmare to try an get an appointment to see a doctor.
One has to ring at 8am, then phone lines constantly busy. Expect to try for half an hour, then a staff member will advise you to try tomorrow as none appointments today and to try tomorrow.
The next morning again. Ringing the surgery. Again after 40 minutes a member of staff advised all appointments gone, please try tomorrow.
This can be every morning for about 4 days.
It's ground hog day. Makes one lose the will to live.

Omg what has happened to this Doctors Surgery when Dr's Phiffer and Meldrum where there never problems ,then hit with Covid ,,,but now still no chance of seeing anybody told by Receptionist to pop in at 8 in morning to get appointment but if your working tough, everything is E consultation no wonder Hospitals and walk in centres busy surgeries are now redundant

Modern premises recently renovated. Excellent patient
care during Covid. Disabled accesible.

You cannot get your phone call to them answered when you need an appointment.

There’s a huge pressure on all aspects of the NHS at the moment and a lot of bad press around GP surgeries, but I have to say I have never had a bad experience at this surgery since being a patient here. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. I have seen a number of GPs there and especially since having my baby a year ago, and cannot fault any of them. They’ve given lots of reassurance to a new mum! Thank you

Very disappointed virtually no service from these doctors text message instead of telephone consultation don’t even try to see anyone will definitely be moving to another surgery ASAP
