One of the worst GP surgeries in London. Sometimes they have only one doctor working there and they often close by 1pm. My 4-year-old has a long-term medical condition. Just dropping off a urine sample is a nightmare let alone booking her an appointment. When I call for my daughter's test results e.g. urine, I was once told I had to wait FIVE days just for the doctor to look at them, albeit urine infections can cause sepsis. Just calling this place each time leaves you mentally drained.

I popped in to ask about information of joining up with the surgery I spoke to a lovely lady called Mary on the Front desk she was very helpful welcoming. She said I could sign up on line. I told her I was dyslexic I’m not very good at filling in forms she said that’s not a problem and I could do at the surgery and she would help me.
It was so nice to actually speak to someone who was happy to help me and had a lovely personality to go with it.Mary is a great value to your team and you should be proud to have someone with a personality and friendliness like Mary.

Harford Health Centre GP services is very worst. There is no service no doctor and they are very rude. They showing always very busy actually. People are paying tax and they are just taking salary with out giving any service. Now a days in whole UK maximum GP is the same scenario and no one raise the voice about gp service and nothing monitoring. Need to change their slow and traditional service. I think all GP patient are disappoint with the GP service.

This GP is great, all the staff are so nice and professional. Although it is incredibly hard to call them on the phone, if you go through the online consultation they always call you and provide great healthcare without having to sit around on hold. Just keep your phone on loud while waiting for them to call.

Avoid at all cost. 0 stars not possible. Rather than go to this practice, you're better off dead. You'll probably get a good send off. This health centre reduces life expectancy by about 15 years.

Partner is a patient and I'm actually disgusted with this service. I dont understand why at 9 in the morning all appointments have supposedly been booked up. And I don't understand why someone unwell has to wait nearly a week to be called/contacted for their ongoing problem getting worse. And on top of this the other option is being told to call and 111 because GP is struggling with the capacity??

This makes me SO grateful for my GP practise in another borough who always, always have the capacity to support patients on the day!!!!!

I would like to thank Harford Health Centre and Dr Suhel Ahmed for an excellent experience in assessing and referring my 17-month-old. We were called by a GP who arranged a Face to Face appointment within 2 days at a time of our preference. Dr Ahmed was exceptional, he took a lot of interest in our concerns, explained everything well, did a thorough assessment and even called and discussed the case with the paediatrician (all within a '10-minute GP appointment'). Given the amount of pressure General Practice is facing, I was very impressed by the care, empathy and efficiency. Thank you so very much.

Absolutely useless. I gave them a letter from the hospital which clearly states that my medication need to be put on repeat prescription. They did not do this. I have had to call repeatedly to request the medication ( on hold for more than half an hour when I was 4th in line). Only to be told that no requests had been sent to the Pharmacy originally and it will be done now. This was the second time I have had to chase this GP for my medication and to be told nothing has been actioned. This is ridiculous. They say I need to fill in e consultancy form. But the link provided did not allow me to fill anything even though it was well before 11.
