In particular the Indian female doctor is extremely patronising, non empathetic and careless. She needs to take out her family problems elsewhere not in her workplace.

This place is the hell of life and mental health expert who claim to be experts do not understand what i say and disregard my speech. There is where no free speech is expressed when it comes to my problems. An ignorant expert who i will not say. She is very racial bias. I believe because of cuts, they are not productive and i had regretfully went to their clinic as they gave bad insight of DLA and benefits. They all should not reproduce. Doctors there are non- passionate but this review will not make a difference as no one will read this. Hopefully, they all fix up or i will have to help myself and did that myself. I do not like the person i was seeing but it goes to show how ugly experts they claim they are not. Hopefully, future mental health will see thru that.

Dr. Biggs is great, he has helped me alot after struggling with depression and anxiety for almost a decade.

Inconsiderate, dehumanising service. Cut my care package to almost nothing, despite me telling them I wasn't ready for it and I'm bed bound and can't walk. Leaving me in between a basic care package when I need changing without the staff in my building being allowed to it, due to a package with them not being agreed. Supposed to be a service offering help with mental health, but just give you disappointment and stress.

This place has to be the worst ever service in the world where the staff get their pay check. No matter about your disability, palsy, down syndrome or autism they will undermine you. They won't give second chance so why should you. Abhorrent advice, they don't think I don't need help but you know what in life you do things yourself. Not going to closed down anyways, I won't coming back here.

Dr.Fisher is the worse doctor I've ever meet...I have haiatus hernia, eating disorder and personality disorde but he always put me down and tell me that I'm healthy. When I asking him to contact the doctor from Guy's hospital ( as the doctor asked that Dr.Fisher contact him to discuss what im going through)he refused and tell me : why would I? Today I had appointment with him at 10am...it was already 10.08am when I ask the receptionist to go and find him. Always late for my appointment and always putting me down...
I'll never go to this unprofessional place again as I'm always cutting and wane kill myself after the visite...

DR ROBERT FISHER! terrible terrible doctor, disregards everything that you mention to him and makes out that everything is perfectly fine even though the GP thought otherwise! He’s rude and patronising, and makes you feel small! Based on other reviews I’m not the only one to have dealt with his incompetence! If anyone has an appointment booked with him, I highly recommend you change your appointment to a someone else as you’ll be leaving in tears!

Terrible. Terrible service terrible staff, especially the receptionists. Not emphatic whatsoever, I don’t know how they got the job at a mental health service centre
