Helpful staff, a car parking outside, but very limited space

5* for reception but 0* for Dr Hassan who has taken over from Dr Mitchelmore. She has just taken me off my Citalopram (highest dose) which I didn't know until I tried to pick up my prescription. These tablets I have to be dwindled off slowly so not being able to get them is dangerous. I've seen her once but no "hello" or "bye". I'm definitely going to change my doctor!

This is by far the worst surgery ever. The head receptionist is rude and talks over you. The phone is on hold until at least 20 mins before you get through.
My local doctor by name of Cartie refused to talk to me because i was abroad and i had lost some of my vision and advised by local doctor certain medications that werent right for me.But he absolutely refused to help. The head receptionist just wanted to argue..unproffessionap, uncompassionate and down right ignorant..

This doctors used to be good, but of late you get the rudest receptionist. Doctors don’t listen and don’t have time to speak to you absolutely awful

Incredibly rude receptionist at West End branch, I asked for her name but she refused to. I just needed very little detail about my blood test but she refused and said I have to take appointment which has to be 2 months later.

I've had good service from the Doctors, Nurses and the admin team at this surgery. Keep up the good work!
