Each time you call you're on hold for what feels like forever, and once you have an appointment you are sat waiting for even longer.. I spent 40 minutes on hold before asking for a GP appointment. I got told I'd have to wait a couple of weeks to see a GP and I said that was fine. Fast forward to the day and it turns out I waited over 2 weeks to see the nurse practitioner.. He was very impolite and dismissive. Presumed I had an issue regarding my weight before even asking why I needed an appointment.

The worst doctors I have been to in my life. You can never get a doctors appointment. I rang up for a medication review which they booked me in for and they rang me up on the day of the appointment saying they booked me for someone who cant even do medication reviews - what is the point in that. The next one they could get me was for just under two weeks time. Bearing in mind I told them I was struggling and that i couldn’t wait that long. I told one of the doctors and she was making excuses that the computer was down. Not once did I get an apology for messing up. They’ve also forgotten to prescribe my medications multiple times, so that I have had to ring up 111 for emergency medication. I would not recommend this doctors to anyone especially with mental health issues as they clearly do not take you seriously. Even the staff on the reception come off as rude.

This place is a joke. Trying to contact them is almost imossible and when you do get through on the phone they are inevitably rude and unhelpful. They inist on you using the My GP app which in itself is pretty poor, but they do not updated it correctly and they have not engaged with all its features. As far as I can tell they use this as an excuse not to speak to you. After a diagnosis of a fairly common condition a couple of years ago the have consistently messed up my medications every time. It takes several repeat calls and corrections to get them to complete the prescriptions correctly. I have had a phone consultation where the doctor told me they were too busy to read my notes. How they know about who they are speaking to I do not know. I've had another doctor request me to do a 24 hour monitor and then they have failed to follow it up despite me contacting them. They simply do not care about the people in their care and are abusive if you ask them for help. My advice is to steer clear.

Minor surgery patient. Staff very helpful and reassuring. No pain no fuss, could not have been treated better if I had gone private

Obsolutely horrible place to deal with! If I could only give 0 stars I would! Are these people for real?!?! What kind of system they use , you are seeking for medical help and they tell you that your first available appointment will be in two weeks time ?!?! Wow ! Seriously! ? Even if you rand and were first in the queue you still cannot see doctor on that day! I dont need appointment in 2 weeks time I NEED now! They are the first ones to offer covid vaccine and you can come in RIGHT now and no need appointment?! What are these doctors doing? Why they still use conversation over the phone, theres no pandemic and never was before! I am in the middle of writing formal complaint to NHS and advice more people do that too, also looking for another clinic to join because this one is useless ,they certainly don't help people in need.

Minor Surgery- Best Practice.
A week ago I attended for a minor op. I can only say how very professional, efficient and ultra caring the ten minute procedure was. The staff who treated and attended were in my opinion were excellent: this is how the NHS should be operating! Well done.

Whilst the doctors and nurses here have been very helpful, I keep running into issues with the receptionists. I was supposed to get a covid vaccine in cohort 6 but I hadn't been added to the list so I called up to ask about it. First receptionist was very friendly and said she would get it sorted and call me back. I missed a call from them a few hours later (I was expecting the call the following day and had been in a meeting so phone was on silent) so I called them back. Was greeted by a different receptionist who told me there were no notes in my file so to wait for a call back. So I waited for two weeks and no call. Called back again to be told that I couldn't be put into group 6 because of my medical history (which isn't true) and that they didn't have the power to change it. Try calling nhs England. So I called nhs England who told me that they couldn't do it only the GPS could! In the end nhs England managed to sort something out for me but this kind of thing has happened so many times before. They like to send you off on wild goose chases to other people.
I also needed my coil changing urgently and I appreciate that due to the pandemic there are limited appointments but they were extremely unhelpful in offering me an appointment and just kept giving me phone appointments for surgeries I wouldn't be able to get to in the first place. In the end I waited until I was staying with my parents over Christmas and got my coil replaced there.
Overall communication is by far their biggest issue. I'd recommend using the out of hours gp appointments if you can to miss out the middle man.
