Very disappointed with how patients are treated here. I called for a non urgent appointment. Receptionist cut me off and told me to phone at 1pm or at 8am the following morning for a same day appointment. I mentioned again that it wasn’t an urgent appointment and she just stopped talking. I thought she was looking at her computer. No she was just giving me the silent treatment! When I spoke up again she said first appointment is in 2 weeks.
How can a GP practise be run this way? Please allow for more planned appointments! I don’t want to take an appointment away from someone that might actually need it today for something non emergency, but they give you no choice.

The receptionists clearly need training on how to deal with people who have anxiety and mental health problems no compassion!!!! You shouldn’t be in such a job is you have no empathy!!!!!

My doctor on the other hand extremely helpful the receptionists let this surgery down massively with there lack of compassion towards people who PAY for NHS services absolutely diabolical!!!!!

I was there this morning 8 o’clock try to book a appointment to see a doctor, the receptionist was cold and so rude really, waiting room was only have one patient. I am very disappointed and upset with the service I received not because I didn’t have the appointment but for how I have been spoken to. I left with tears in my eyes.

I’m in so much pain but not sure what’s wrong with me. My GP booked me OOH with this surgery. Turned up 5 mins late (I know MY FAULT) but not one ounce of sympathy from the receptionist. Just said harshly “you can’t be seen” Barely looked up at me. I wouldn’t attend here unless I was desperate. Disappointing service.

I phoned this morning, the receptionist was friendly & I was able to get an apt for this afternoon. I was seen by a Dr & was provided with an efficient & helpful service.

Used to be such a good surgery now it's run by INCREDIBLY rude receptionists and it's so hard to get an appointment. My wife was told 1 appointment 1 issue when she was experiencing multiple symptoms for the past 2 weeks.....HOW is that acceptable!? That's the kind of practice which causes serious issues to be missed.

Avoid! I don’t go very often but when I do I am always so frustrated with the service! Can never get an appointment if you work! Or it’s weeks in advance. So I waited weeks for a phone appointment as face to face was even longer! To be given the incorrect medication

Wrong prescription prescribed so called from chemist as soon as I noticed. Receptionist very unhelpful and more worried the doctor was now on holiday! Asked her to Please mark as urgent when speaking to duty doctor, she just scoffed down the phone. A week later and no contact or new prescription.

It’s a shame as when you actually get past reception and speak to a doctor, they are good . Would much prefer to book online so don’t have to speak to them!

So 6 weeks down the line and still not sorted!

I'm sorry to say but they don't take care of their patients, we pay them, for a service they don't give. Several times I called to have an urgent appointment but they don't give it for 2 weeks. They ask to call at 8 or one o'clock, but the answer is always the same. There is no place to make an appointment before 2 weeks. But what then is the point of making you waste your time in the long hours of waiting on the phone to hear you say the same sentence they had said an hour before the surgery?
