Ive been using this Doctors for many many years the doctors are amazing they care about each patient and getting an appointment the same day as never ever a problem i would highly recommend them

Just wanted to say a huge thank you.
My mum had run out of her tablets. I ordered through the NHS app Saturday. Spoke to the Doctors 10.00 am Monday and requested they be fast tracked. Spoke to the Co-op chemist at 5.00pm and picked the prescription up 6.00pm. Result, Mum only lost one day of tablets. Great service. Thank you.

Took my Dad for his Covid Vaccine today it was all very smooth and efficient , no queues plenty of parking round the back and some disabled parking at the front . The staff were really helpful as dad is very deaf and normally lip reads , but struggles with people wearing masks . Thank you so much to all the staff doing a sterling job to get the elderly and vulnerable vaccinated 👏

This was my first visit at Stourport Health Centre and it was for my flu jab and will not be going there again if I can help it! The reception staff were fine but the nurse who did my Flu jab was very rude and intimidating! She asked why I was having it and I said I was a carer. She asked me which and I told her and she proceeded telling me they should be sorting it out and I should be paying for it! She was questioning me about everything and said if it was her I would not be having it!! I was too shocked to speak back to her but who did she think she is! I am a key worker and 62 years old and do not expect to be spoken to like that! I have been trying to call them to complain but the system is busy. She was a dark haired plump lady so beware!!

They send you text messages to phone them then they never answer the phone does anybody really work here or are they all playing on Facebook .. the doctors are fantastic but the front of house staff are shocking.

What a horrible place to build this clinic. Complete lack of common sense by the council (not surprised), ruining a nice grass area, Far more suitable areas..like I don't know..the massive eye sore that was once a swimming pool.

Have had constant support from this surgery over the last 3 months - have been able to stick to to my own GP - Dr Gibson - which makes a huge difference as they get to know the case.
Cannot thank Dr Gibson enough for all her support, guidance and professionalism in dealing with a difficult situation.
Reception staff have been very helpful too.

Extremely disappointed with this surgery. Experienced a very painful and distressing condition for almost a year and have been consistently passed around through different GPs where the problem was never resolved. Finally after speaking to a 4th GP from the surgery, they agreed to refer me to a specialist. It should not take 3 GPs plus a whole year for this to happen. This is just one of the issues I had. Helpful and friendly receptionists.
