Sefton Road Surgery

I took a water sample to this doctors as my son was losing blood in his urine an they told me that some1 would ring been waiting since 9 this morning an nothing just tryed to ring them an went to the doctors an they have closed early an turned the phones off

Excellent surgery. Always go that extra mile- especially the reception and administration staff. Today was an especially difficult day sorting bloods for my son. I forgot the forms at the hospital and Lorraine and Megan were to the rescue to help ease the pressure. Thank you very much

Nice polite staff

I called up the surgery last week as I hadn’t been feeling well, due to my illness. The receptionist was amazing and could tell over the phone how bad I was and recommended that I see a doctor even though it wasn’t what I was asking for initially, to cut a long story short the doctor sent me for a blood test and turned out I was very Ill (without going into detail) from the results I was promptly referred to Hospital and received treatment. I can not thank them enough. Every encounter I’ve had at this surgery Concept House and Sefton Road has been exceptional and their service towers over any GP practice I have been registered at previously. If they can help they will. 5 stars from me. Even with the NHS being massively under funded at the moment these people deserve medals.

Fantastic surgery snd friendliest staff possible. Very helpful and a fantastic website that's easy to navigate and understand. Great doctors and Dr Goldberg has helped me immensely over the last 5 years, if I could give 10 stars I would.

They are absolutely useless when it comes to prescriptions & medication, can't get anything done.
Every month is the same problem. It takes them almost a week for one prescription.

What a joke.
