Pondtail Surgery

My wife had an issue with her Covid Pass , on the NHS app, and the concern to resolving the issue was exceptional. Everyone, except one individual, tried to help and find a solution. Thankfully the issue was resolved! Equally the treatment I’ve received for medical treatment has been excellent, and if I could improve the rating of the surveys from “ very good” to excellent I would do so. Our experience at Pondtail compared to the previous surgery in Bromley is like chalk and cheese.

Considering these people dealing with the health & wellbeing of others, the service provided is disgraceful.
Had my prescription cancelled for no apparent reason & they didn't even tell me of the cancellation (took the morning off work to get the prescription as it was very important)
I will be changing my GP & will never use this lot again.

I have always found the surgery helpful when I have phoned or have gone in for an appointment. Dr Malik has taken time to make sure I got the right care and support I needed to improve my health and wellbeing. I am very thankful to everyone at Pond tail Surgery.

Absolutely disgraceful receptionists who have not got 1 clue on what to do or how to speak with patients! 111 sent me there for an appointment, got there and the receptionists were chatting away for about 2-3 mins before they asked me my name then they couldn't find my appointment after 3 more minutes they did and booked me in, 15 minutes later she rudely asked me to go back to reception to tell me that 111 shouldn't have given me an appointment! I would highly recommend not ever going to this gp!!

Cathy & Dawn are the RUDEST receptionists Iv ever come across.

The phone lines are horrendous. They cut you off after waiting for an hour to get through.

Nightmare trying to get through on the phone. Unhelpful, sometimes almost hostile, receptionists and admin. Wish I'd been able to stay with my previous surgery. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

The reception staff are generally unhelpful, whether it's a lack of resources, management or other wise, just getting through on the phone is always a painful process. When you do manage to get an appointment the quality of doctors on site has always been poor, with few actually listening to issues and often outright refusing to believe you or hear you out. They immediately jump to conclusions, that are often wrong. If you can, just go to another surgery, this one is awful and you will regret being seen here as I do.

Poor practice. Dismissed issues I had twice, ive now gone to another practice and they have helped to diagnose my issue and couldn't believe how dismissive this practice were, especially reception. Gave inappropriate advice and made me feel uncomfortable. Would strongly urge people to move practice if they can. Reception are unhelpful and act as constant barriers to actually getting medical advice from trained staff.
