This surgery has gone down hill rapidly since covid hit all the doctors are lovely but 1 of the receptionist is so bloody rude! Honestly I cancelledy appointment I didn't not just turn up I couldn't make it so I cancelled it. Ohh and it was a quit smoking appointment.... I called about a completely different reason... She needs to go on people skills course...

Absolute joke! All I want is to book an appointment! I don’t want to spend days trying to get a drop in appointment! The surgery doesn’t open till 2 hours after I start work and is a 1 hour drive away from work so the option to call at 8:30 for a same day appointment is a joke as I’d never make the time slot! all I want is to book a time slot so I can still go to work! I have had to book an appointment for 14 days time! Not even with my own doctor! I will probably have to cancel my appointment before hand as I suspect my problem will require hospital treatment before I get to see a doctor! Not sure what the point of this service is anymore! WonFord green surgery should be ashamed for this poor poor service!

Coming from a genuinely bad surgery that caused serious problems... this surgery has been a relief. The medical team members that I've dealt with listen and actively help.
Considering all the pressure on the NHS they're managing better than alot. All I'd say is some reception staff need more training.

Day 1: Called for an appointment, receptionist said I have to call or pop in at 8:20 AM next day.
Day 2: Called at 8:30 AM, I have been told that all appointments are booked for the day, though walking in or phone.
I drive there at 8:40AM and ask for an appointment. Suddenly receptionist finds an appointment at 4 PM. And laughs in my face when I explained that I called 10 minutes ago and couldn't get an appointment saying that someone just cancelled its appointment and I should buy a lottery ticket.
This surgery reception is a total joke. Should be out of business.
Shut it down, leave if you can't do a proper job. Unprofessional.

i am sorry, but i have been with this surgery for two years now and i have only ever had a single positive interaction. most of the staff here have such a lack of compassion it shocks me that they are in healthcare, and it goes beyond understandable covid-fatigue to downright unnecessarily callous at times. i have today had staff mess up a prescription that is essential for my daily life, and it is the last straw. i constantly struggle to speak to someone other than the automated response, whether i call at 8:30 sharp or any other time, every Single time i call. and when i finally do get through i am laughed at and told there are plenty of appointments, yet i am constantly fighting to book one. i have been scolded and dismissed whilst sobbing and hyperventilating due to stress while on the phone by staff; it's an exhausting ordeal trying to interact with this surgery and while i understand the last few years have been quite unkind to healthcare professionals i wish that that frustration was not passed onto patients seeking help and just trying to survive. i have many times avoided calling when unwell or injured because every time i try i am either completely shut out, unable to speak to anyone, or am dismissed and disregarded, and while i know that there Are kind staff members here, i have so rarely interacted with them that i cannot recommend anyone sign with this surgery if they can help it. i am not in a position to change surgeries myself, so all i can do is hope that things get better. seeking help should not be such a stressful and frustrating event each and every time.

Absolute shambles of a doctors surgery.
My partners been trying to get an appointment on and off for about a month. This doctors surgery has a backwards system like other reviewers mentioned whereby you must ring up at 8.30am to book an appointment and half the time everything’s booked out by the time you get through and if you are seen it will be done by a random Doctor. Don’t join unless you want to be seen by random doctors and enjoy calling at 8.30am to try and get an appointment. Will be switching surgery for somewhere decent, because this isn’t it!

We have been registered with the surgery for almost 8 years and have always been able to get an appointment on the day as the doctors are pooled. This has always been great for us as with previous surgeries I have had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment.

I've just been told yet again "no appointments available" I said I would go walk in centre as baby needs to be seen and the receptionist told me " you do that.. think yourself lucky you got the NHS as it won't be here soon" Also got told not to shout at her but it's OK for her to talk over me ??? I was taught manners are a 2 way street !!!
