Dapdune House Surgery

The receptionist at the surgery is so rude, yesterday I went for blood test I had to update my details, anyway without saying "would you like to take a sit in the reception area well filling forms." she basically said do you mind moving out of the way. I am sorry but if they don't short this receptionist out I will found a new GP🤬. Embarrassing at the least

Just tried to call the surgery at 6pm, as they are open until 6.30pm according to their opening hours. The phone rang and receptionist picked up and then hung up. I tried calling again and then gave up. They obviously prioritise leaving work before their shift is ended. Shocking.

I wonder why people give surgeries negative reviews :) ? Dapdune is fine and the GPs and Nurses are all very caring. If you think the NHS should revolve around you then maybe you need to live in the US for a while.

Very nice staff both at the front desk and doctors/nurses. Have been able to get timely appointments for both myself and my daughter over the last year which is very helpful with a baby!

Walk in for the temp registration as feel very sick when i out of home for short staying in Guildford in Sep22. Reception is helpful and fix the register quick, then ask me back home to wait. when i went back home having sms to ask me provide photo for my throat as it burn. and quick to have call in by doctor which whole processing only half day. i think that was very quick consultation and i feel very well on this surgery. Have such low rate maybe phone call issue. i dont know but im ok for my last time consultation.

Very rude receptionist, just hanged up the phone as I was explaining the reason for my call.
People call because they FEEL vulnerable and have nowhere to turn to, they need help to get their health back.
They may not have the language to convey their condition, they still need to be herd because they’re not trying to waste the receptionist or Dr time.

The worst surgery I’ve ever encountered. They’ve lost my medical records , l deregistered me 3 times without telling me I was told by the pharmacist as I have a lifelong condition. When facing a medication emergency the doctors don’t call you back or even apologise for their mistakes ( not issuing a prescription) .

Super nice receptionists, and absolutely lovely doctors, I've honestly never experienced such caring doctors before. They've listened to me, helped me, provided prescription when I've needed it, referred me when I've needed it with no doubt or questions. It's actually nice to have helpful staff for something thats so important to everyone, their health.
