Always treated well and go extra miles .got appointments for my kids on time and reception is so friendly and helpful specially mrs Sahar.thanks alot for being cooptative and helpful.very much satisfied and happy

I am so impressed with this surgery. We managed to get my girlfriend registered, seen and referred within the space of 48 hours for a suspicious lump. We cannot thank the team enough for their efficient service. All turned out okay in the end but had it not, we would be eternally grateful to the surgery for their rapid care. GP receptionists seem to get a bad name from the public nowadays, but I've found that every time we've dealt with/spoken to them at Maybury surgery they've been nothing but lovely/friendly. The clinicians were competent and in our eyes, made all of the correct decisions. In summary, an amazing place, amazing team and an absolute credit to the NHS.

Physio by phone? 😔 Fit notes late, phone wait terrible experience, everyone works but the surgery 😔 How long is going to take the "COVID"? We need DOCTOR S now. I have not private health care like the Tories.

From Doctor Khan to Reception staff, everyone is an angels in disguise.

Due to yesterday's question about giving me a prescription for metformin, the doctor asked me for a letter from the hospital, I called the hospital and they sent an email immediately, due to the fact that I could not write again because the GP page was turned off, I decided to call the reception to check if you can speed up my prescription because I still have pills for 3 days only and I am not allowed to stop taking it, it may affect the health of the child, The lady at the reception desk, unfortunately wasn't very carrying and helpful bit disrespectful I could say . She told me that nobody sits 24 hours in front of the computer to read e-mails only. She told me to call on Friday to see if they could give me a prescription, but I can't wait until Friday. Really if it is that hard to check email, I know there are a lot of people asking but you must not treat patients with disrespect regardless of the situation and especially if they have a medical problem. 35th week of pregnancy, a woman needs more stress or should she rest and not worry

You call this a GP surgery but it's a joke! They never want to speak about anything over the phone and tell you to keep messaging them online, Dr Khan doesn't bother writing prescription for a child, all she does is tell you to buy it, you don't treat children like this! The receptionist has told me not to call or drop by. I do wonder where all the funding goes!! The only good thing in that surgery is the midwife!! My 6 week check was for 5mins, the GP missed out I need bloods doing again and she is the only GP in the whole surgery! Very happy in Sheerwater healthcare centre!

State of the art GP services. Staff is really prompt, and always make an extra effort to help people. Highly recommended.

I moved in this area few months ago from Surbiton, I registered with Maybury Surgery. They are all fantastic. I needed their help a couple of times. The receptionist Angela so polite and helpful. The doctor was attentive and helped me. They answer to my request or on line message mostly at the same day. That kind of service we all need. Thank you Maybury Surgery team.
