The Orchard Surgery

Good doctors , but need to change there voicemail as been ringing since 8:00 when they say they OPEN but after 60 phone calls in 20 mins still going to voicemail ! And need a emergency appointment for my 2 year old I just hope I get one !!

Say they open at 8 but rang every minute until 8:30 when they finally switched their phone on and answered. They said the sugary opens at 8am but they don't answer the phones until 8:30. They need to change their answerphone message if this is the case and state this on their website.

Very professional and organised doctors practice. Parking can be a problem at times.
Friendly.

Lovely DRs and Nurse, staff all helpful and do everything they can do to help you :) always helpful, would recommend to everyone

No appointments my 1 year old daughter her temperature was 39.3 and when we send them to get appointments that was Wednesday they send back that the Dr can call us Friday just call cause no appointmentsfor two weeks fullybooked, that's ridiculous, and you go to walking centre you wait 3 hours and they tell you give her calpol, NHS going down badly ,so disappointed

My husband, toddler and i went to Orchard surgery to finish our registration, there was two ladies setting in the reception chatting to each other, asked us to seat and wait. For over 10 min they was keep chatting and just ignore us so eventually we left without registration.

Terrible staff who have no compassion or understanding of patients..

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING WITH THEN! Absolutely useless. This company is fraudulent and lie to you constantly. They take your money (or try to) and then try using scare tactics to say they're taking you to court etc ... believe me, they're complete corrupt scammers!
