Phone system nows seems better and holds more people; still, you had better call as close to 8.30 as possible. Recently good doctors although usual NHS re strictions, couldn't get surgery on painful umbelical hernia in NHS.. Not this surgeries fault.
...........
Not sure where the fault lies (phone system?) but after attempting to call in from phone opening time of 8:30 almost constantly till 8:39 where I get put on hold for nearly 10 minutes to be told they have no more spaces today...

A real shame as when you manage to get an appointment the doctors are usually good and staff competent if not that friendly (but considering they are dealing with the public I can't blame them!)

I'm just wondering exactly what do you have to do to get put through the phone system? A sacrifice to the phone system gods perhaps?
Needs an upgrade to hold more callers in the queue. Had I been 80 years old and very sick I'd have been extremely angry. Luckily I'm just disappointed and in discomfort..

Some of the Doctors at this surgery are great. However, that's if you can get to see one. The staff, reception team and admin, are rude, dismissive and angry most of the time. They are already on a defensive as soon as you ask a question and they have very poor listening skills. (There are a couple of helpful ones) but your lucky if you get to talk to these. It is so upsetting, when you are feeling unwell and you are spoke to this way, and there is totally no need for there rudeness and attitudes.

The way the appointment system is now run is terrible, the website in mostly down, it used to close between 1 & 2pm and now it shuts when it feels like it; I was halfway through putting a prescription through the other day and it closed on me whilst I was doing it, losing all the information I had typed.

You used to be able to order your medication online, if the surgery wasn't open and now you can't.

The over management and staff really need some training, in how to speak to patients, cultural training, and mental health training.

And whilst the doctors deal politely and efficiently with the patients in my view, they should look at the reviews are being put on here and complaints in writing and consider how their staff are actually failing the practice.

Whilst as NHS patients we are grateful for free care when we aren't well, it doesn't mean we have to be mistreated by clinic staff in order to get basic essential care.

And whilst many of us have access to internet and voices that can try to stand up for the way we are spoken to, there are many people that cannot, because of ill health or age.

I really hope things improve.

Worst GP experience we ever had. I've hardly ever been able to book a GP appointment. The admin team are the health decision makers and no condition seems serious enough to matter enough for a same day GP appointment. Their non urgent appointments are from 3weeks of your request date.

We were returned to them by A&E and 111 on several occasions. Reported them to the Health Care Quality Commission to no avail.

After 2 years of not being able to access GP services, family and I moved to another local GP surgery and we now have same-day access to healthcare practitioners. Non urgent appointments from 1week of request

Each surgery gets paid for every patient on their list and I recommend moving GP surgeries if my story sounds familiar. Your health and wellbeing matters.

Do not understand negative reviews, surely if patient so unhappy with service from Nork Clinic why don’t they change GP surgery? I find the service I receive exceptional, staff very helpful and go out of their way to help. I have never had a problem with the appointment system to date. I understand the new web site is not favoured by all but we have to move with the times as this is almost nationwide now and changes are implemented by NHS and local care trust.

Quite simply the worst GP Practise in the area. It is impossible to get a face to face appointment with them without having a telephone consultation first, no matter the urgency or age of the patient ( no special allowances for the elderly or young!). Doctors will call back at some undetermined time, often only letting the phone ring two or three times before hanging up. You then need to go through the whole process again which often takes days. Registered patients either give up or head to A&E which is exactly the reason there are 8 hour queues at A&E!! When you attempt to challenge the doctors about how badly the practise is run they say you need to speak to the practise manager. When you talk to the practise manager they say they can’t do anything without the doctors agreeing! Absolute shambles offering 3rd world primary care.

Will be reporting this surgery to the CQC as they have literally just given me another patients name and personal details over the phone! I hope they're not sharing my private information too. This is not acceptable. Absolute disgraceful service from unexperienced rude reception staff.

I don't understand why this clinic has such low ratings. I saw a doctor this evening, the receptionist was lovely and polite, the doctor said 'it's lovely to meet you' initally and continued to help me with kindness and patience. She helped me understand the reason for being there and she then wished me better. Her tone of voice and attitude was continuously caring. The whole experience was straight forward as and as I suffer with anxiety, I always struggle seeing a doctor with fear I'm wasting peoples time. I left feeling taken cared of. Thank you to the staff this evening and I hope the others feel confident if they need to visit this clinic.
