My first time facing the surgery. I myself am New to this area. Delighted by the quality of work and beyond any of my expectations of help offered. found once through the protocols which just needed adhering to. Ie online registration: they were all very helpful

Absolutely diabolical service . Dont deserve to be a gp practice. My partner spent 2 hour's waiting to get through to doeak to the practice. Sadly got cut of. Thank goodness I'm not with them. Very incompetent staff with there mannerism.

I’ve rang a few times since January to discuss my health and anxiety I’ve been given tablets over the phone with no check up, relied on Apple Watch for stats !
I again spoke to a doctor a few days ago after been sent to the Haywood walk in centre as they had no doctor available to see me, who was rude patronising and very very unhelpful !
There are so many other incidents I’m so unimpressed with this surgery and the service offered

Excellent treatment by Sam who took the time to listen to me and understand my condition, he responded with ways in which to move forward with my medication and my condition.

Never get an appointment even when my child was sick. It’s takes an hr to get through on the phones, 37 was my queue position! This isn’t just once this seems to be every-time I ring.
I also requested my vaccinations information to sent to me for a new job position over a year ago… I’m still waiting?
Absolutely useless. I’ve now moved to another GP surgery as I can not accept this for myself or my children. I used to get anxiety every-time my child was poorly because I know they won’t be seen and the amount of time I have to wait to speak to somebody to be told no appointments left.

It’s just ridiculous what they are doing there. I prefer my previous GP, but because we moved house we was redirected to this GP.
After a year they still couldn’t sort out our issue and most of the time they are not capable to prescribe the correct medication.
