They are awful at answering their phones. I've been on hold and "first in the que" for 10 minutes. Also any doctor I've seen has been a bit "eh, come back in two weeks" almost like they don't care

There's never appointments available and they are very bad at picking up phone your life is made difficult if you need a repeat proscribed drug as you have to feel a form in every time !

An urgent letter from my mums optician was not sent to the hospital as requested for 6 weeks. My 86yr old mum was highly distressed. Her eyesight is of paramount importance to her.
