Ashfield Road Surgery - Dr A Nandanavanam (previously Dr G Dhillon & Dr A Nandanavanam)

Dreadfull experience today at this surgery Chillon rude and unhelpfully certainly not recommended don't even want to give it 1star

Just read a bad review about Dr Dhillon, and all i can say is this, i have been under this Doctor for 6 years, and i unfortunately have many medical problems that keep sending me back to this surgery and his other surgery in Pendeford, and in this time i have built a rapport with Dr Dhillon, and i have to say he has been brilliant, no matter what is going on, he finds time to see me, and i am not just a number (which is how other GP`s have made me feel) he genuinely cares and will fight your corner... can not rate him highly enough. rare breed of Doctor in my opinion, he actually cares about his patients.

Always get appointments never a long wait. Lovely doctors surgery.

I had a telephone appointment this morning with Dr Malik at the above Surgery,
Eventually a doctor who listened and put a treatment plan in place.
Just wanted to thank you for your active listening skills and empathy .
I had another telephone appointment this morning ( 19.10.20} Dr Malik again ,she is a lovely GP and listens very carefully to my issues...Thank you Dr Malik...

I have been a patient with Dr Van surgery for 8 years and have found the doctors and the staff to be very helpful, approachable and listen to my needs. The doctors are very good with children and my child does not mind seeing the doctor. The pandemic has been very challenging for the NHS and some face to face services have been minimal. But I have seen a doctor when I have really required this. The practice nurse and Nurse practitioner are great. They have always been accessible. I would recommend this surgery for a good service.

I had my bloods tested in the community at 10;55 Dr Saiyed txt me the results the same day ; the same happened with my chest XRay , Dr Saiyed texted me the results within a couple of hours .
The service at Ashfield Road is extraordinary.
