Outstanding. I can't rate them highly enough. I have been with this practice since 2004 and have a couple of long-term health conditions which mean regular trips to the Dr's. Having lived in various places throughout the UK over the years I've experienced good and extremely poor GP practices. This is by far the most helpful, thorough and caring surgery I've ever had the great fortune to find.

I have been with this practice since a was a child when it was down church Street, and all I can say is its brilliant, yes you may have to wait for a routine appointment. But if you need a same day appointment they try to get you seen as quick as they can also with this town growing so quickly I think they are doing a great job . And I am very thankful to all the staff there .

No routine appointments available for a month! And nothing with Jackie the diabetic nurse regardless that I’m new to this and I passed out yesterday got loads of other symptoms...........
I really don’t see the point of surgeries anymore

I have been with this practice all my life when Dr Lee was in church Street also. Seen many Dr's over the years and all has been fantastic. Yes sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment but aren't most Dr's now a days??

I'd like to thank all the staff in caring for my 96 year old mother. She recently had a tumble in her flat and was triage assessed by the ambulance service who concluded that no action was necessary. When one of the GPs learnt about this, and knowing my mother's medical history, he immediately phoned to arrange an ambulance to transport her to hospital. It eventually turned up! We are so grateful that Dr Newbury (?) did, she is now recovering in hospital from a fractured spine. Top marks for VPMC, learning points only for the ambulance service!

40 mins on the phone yesterday got cut off after 20mins had to start again. 40 mins again today. I would just go to tne chemist if I could, but what I need will only be on prescription. I will probably have to see a doctor, but policy seems to be no matter what, the nurse will make that decision, when you finally get to her by appointment or phone.
At 71 and someone who has moved around the country, this is by far the worst surgery ever. They can't blame everything on covid, service wasn't much better before.
Maybe because I have cancer, I'm not worth them treating me. If that's the case why don't they just say so.

Absolutely shocking service. Takes upwards of 20 minutes to get through on the phone, that if you get through. I've even been on hold so long that the call gets cancelled. Seeing a Doctor is impossible and arranging an over the phone consultation is near impossible.
