Clipstone Health Centre

My wife and I have been married for 48 years. We have lived all around the UK and decided to retire to this area 3 years ago. During our travels we have experienced many different Surgeries and Health Centres and, in our opinion, "Clipstone Health Centre" is second to none..
The professionalism, politeness, attention to detail and dedication of the Doctors, Nurses, Receptionists and Administration staff is exemplary.
The future is exciting for the new "Crown Medical Centre" and my wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending the "Clipstone Health Centre" to any new residents.

Always helpful, doctors are brilliant

Absolute pathetic surgery! Put a Repeat prescription in well over a week ago try to collect today and they haven't even sent over to the pharmacy, tied ringing but can't get through so end up going down to the surgery to be told its not been sent over yet. I explained its been over a week since put prescription in to which they replied we will get it sent over urgently. Currently still waiting and without my medication which I should have taken a few hours ago!!!!!!

Phone waiting time is awful, trying to get appointment is normally weeks,
My wife has a leg ulcer and trying to get treatment is diabolical,

These doctors used to be good but now I will give it 1 out of 10

The site is full of outdated information and is totally dishonest as to current customer service there is no communication to be able to respond to comments made by staff that are subjective and inaccurate which only allows one way communication which is bigoted and pre 1970s type of management i regret to say

Trying to get an appointment via the telephone. Get through at 0815 eventually, after being cut off several times. To be placed in a que (number 15), get to number 1 ant 0840, all appointments are gone. Staff response, call 111. I would give 0 if i could. Do the management look at these reviews???
