Busy little surgery. It’s worth it though as The staff are great. Claire the nurse is my personal hero, the doctors are great too. The surgery has merged with Midway, but the merger seems to have passed smoothly. New hours are allowing more people to be seen which is taking the pressure off staff and patients wishing to be seen so it’s all great news for this lovely surgery.

My daughter has recently registered at this practice and today we visited so her newborn baby could have his first imms. What a lovely positive experience it was. The doctor did the 8 week baby check. She talked to Lucy about her own wellbeing, both physically and mentally. The nurse explained everything clearly to Lucy; what to look out for, temperature changes etc. Thank you.

I rung up to book my prescription on Friday 27th and yes I know ur supposed To go down n request it but I am a disabled lady in a wheelchair with a carer but unfortunately my carer was I’ll himself that day so they agreed do it this once so I thought my prescriptions would b ready by Monday after which was 48 hrs but to utmost horror they hadn’t even done my prescription or signed it I’m on a registered drug n sleeping tablet thru my illness their attitude was tough u havnt given us enough time to do the prescription omg I never known a dr surgery make u wait 48 hrs just a prescription I’m this is the first time iv ever run out of my medication all I can think ov is unsympathetic lazy and arrogant parroting their rules at me all I know is that if they dnt get my prescription done today I will most likely end up in hospital without this medication

I have to say, that over the past year or so, this surgery has really stepped up. Always manage to get an appointment, reception staff are really friendly. On the whole, a good Surgery, especially in these busy times. Thanks to all the staff.

Can’t ever get an appointment, even when calling in a crisis. 111 give you an appointment (forced)! . When you visit the surgery, there is no one in the waiting area??? Why is it becoming so hard to gain an appointment? Interested in the QUIF and QUAF stats!

Better off using 111. You will not get through at 8am and if you visit you get told it's a 3 week wait for an appointment. If the waiting list is 3 weeks why do they tell you to ring at 8am (but not man the phones)? I have not heard a good word about this practice from anyone who goes here. They'll hide behind the covid excuse now but it's been this bad for years. Disgusting.

Absolutely hurrendous patient service. Always running at least 45 mins behind, doctors have next to no understanding or compassion, you can never get an appointment and repeatedly get told to ring back at 8 o'clock the next day.

This practice hasn't been the same since Dr Delow left. Shocking.
