Not a frequent visitor to surgery but when I do need to go staff are always polite and keep me informed if running behind and doctors plus nursing staff are professional in their approach to what they are doing;

Just started coming here so far very good .Denise one of the doctors is brilliant really cares about you and fantastic at her Job feel safe in her hands

Recently had Major surgery where spent most of time in bed with carers in frequently , was ask to come in for appointment for blood results, I had the week before , not knowing exactly fully what u expect, and they made me wait in reception for an hr after time booked appointment , can hardly walk in severe pain ,, sat there hearing people who was booked thirty mins after me counted exactly 6 people, while I constantly ask , what's the issue to be giving laim excuses by the receptionist? Left there with more pain than I arrived with ..while had to cancelled my in home care appointment for something that was irrelevant as another Dr.as giving same information a week before?? I would really like an answer for such poor treatment from JRB ,, previously tht the world of the surgery ..?

Staff on phone can be extremely rude appointments are weeks away but if you ring up next day in the morning they can find room like magic so doesn't help those who are actually in work and need to book the time off to come in once you do get a appointment youve probly fallen so ill you need the hospital 😡😡😡

The worst doctors ever never can get my daughter booked in for appointment try to use the strep a and winter months as excuse when it’s been like this since the summer will Deffoo be moving doctors

This is the absolute worst doctors I’ve ever been to, me and my mother went here and we were both appalled by the service. I tried to ring up everyday for over 2 weeks to make an appointment and couldn’t get through, finally got through and they told me to ring back at a different time, when I did no one picked up and I was on hold for over an hour. I decided to go into the doctors to make an appointment instead and they told me that I can only make appointments over the phone and asked why I need an appointment, I told them it’s for my mental health and the receptionist said that I’d be waiting a while because it’s not important enough. My mum has been suffering with her shoulder for over a year and she’s been trying to make an appointment for a while as well, when she finally got through the receptionist was sarcastic and told her that there’s no appointments available, my mum was obviously upset and crying as she is living in a lot of pain, I understand that they are busy but to disregard her like that is awful, when my mum asked about how she’s going to get help the receptionist said there’s nothing else that they can do and was very rude to her over the phone and they clearly did not care at all. We have both switched doctors now and we are finally getting the help that we need.

This surgery and the staff working there are totally useless. My lady is pregnant and anemic, they totally ignore her health condition and always put the phone down on us when we ring them up. We've had multiple doctor appointments via phone call and no one ever rang, when we rang back they said that the appointment was never scheduled. She has ended up in hospital twice while being pregnant because they couldn't give her prescription. Absolutely useless and rude! More complaints coming soon!!!

This is a terrible medical centre,when trying to get a antibiotic prescription they don't have the doctors or don't really help. Please close this house of deception 😡😡😡
