Rang for an appointment a few days ago as I have had a very painful, swollen knee.
Told I could have a telephone consultation on April 1st.... 5 weeks away.
Surely someone needs to see this now not when it's hopefully subsided in 5 weeks time.
It's only a telephone appointment then, how can someone assess it over the phone.
Not happy with this service, I've worked in the NHS for 46 years and expected better care.

I would like to know how to make a formal complaint against one of your doctors.
My mum was terminaly ill with lung cancer and i looked after her at home day and night unfortunately and devastatingley for me she died in my arms at 10am on 14/12/21 i did not know what to do so i rang our gp i was told by the receptionist the doctor was busy so she spoke to him and came back to me saying the doctor said what is it you want him to do i explained my mum had just died to which he replied well ring an ambulance......my mum was dead why would i ring an ambulance anyway i did ring an ambulance at 10.30am and no ambulance arrived so at 5.30 pm a doctor turned up from the surgery saying the ambulance service asked them to attend....why didnt my gp have the decency or compassion to spare me 1 minute on the phone instead of sending mesages through a receptionist it is cold un caring and unprofessionaI . I had to sit with my dear old mum for 7 hours while she
Was
deceased before anyone contacted us. I want to make a complaint about this gp DR Miah he is heartless and unproffessional

After 23 phone calls I eventually got to talk to the receptionist only to be told that there's no appointments left for today and to try again tomorrow, this was at 8:19am. Now I work Sunday to Thursday on regular nights/afternoon's and like this morning I finished around 3am,stayed awake until 8 so I could make an appointment. It's now 9am and I'm off to get some sleep as back at work at 3pm to drive a 44ton lorry for another 420 miles all on around 4/5hrs sleep. I live alone so nobody can make an appointment for me. The booking system is an absolute joke if you work for a living. It use to be brilliant when it first opened with long opening hours and even over the weekend but not anymore for some reason.

9th of June I had my B12 injection, I explained to the nurse a problem I'm having, I was told to make a face to face appointment, turns out its a over the phone, which is not until 6th July.
Plus 1 on 8th. Once sent to A&E, for what a gp could have seen to. A&E are rushed off thier feet, without having GPS keep sending patients. Has a doctor said there's no reason, why you can't get a face to face, my daughter and a friend, there surgery just do face to face ?.

What a joke this place is! Ring at 8am to get an appointment yet you can never get through and once you do get through after ring 80 times (no joke) at 8:20 all appointments have gone. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for 2 MONTHS now. I’m changing practice as from today as it’s ridiculous. I’m not one to leave feedback ever but don’t even bother with this place If you ever want to actually see a doctor. Make a better system! It’s not difficult! My partners doctors, you ring at any time and can make an appointment on any day when they’re next free! And you don’t have to have a phone call back first which is always a waste of time!!! Why are you still using this system when it clearly doesn’t work!

Might as well just go straight to kingsmill as that is all you get told to do by that horrid receptionist (who seems to think she is a qualified doctor!) Worst practice in 67 years I have ever come across! Trying to change practice ASAP as told to do so by a consultant at Kingsmill!

I don’t understand why this practice is using telephone triage still, even hospitals are more or less going back to normal practice, Tried to get an appointment for my husband who works in a factory so cannot always sit by his phone all day waiting for a 5 minute phone call and when I do try to tell the receptionists his break times so he can answer the phone they are most unhelpful and consequently misses the call, I appreciate GPs can’t always commit to a time but why not go back to the old system where patients can make an appt at a time that suits. Don’t accommodate for working people at all..

Down for a phone call back for an appointment. Had a urgent call same time as drs call phoned drs straight back. Told Nurse wouldnt call me back 1 call only ,call tomorrow. To cut very long story short lots of phone calls got a call back as no where on gp website states 1 call only got appt on Monday (this was Thursday) son got antibiotics for chest infection he is also asthmatic. He could have been treated 3 days ago. To add to pain son was told he was a baby by nurse as he couldn't swollow tablets. Complaint put in. If you want a drs where you have to fight for everything this is the drs for you.
