The service is atrocious but the nurse I met was so nice. No matter what time of day I call it takes 40 mins to an hour (and that's outside their busiest times), it takes them 15-25 minutes to answer 2 calls. And it's not like anyone is keeping them busy at the surgery as appointments are rarely given out now so the surgery is empty. It's taken over a month to speak to someone on the phone and then get the blood tests done and they should be ringing me with results but here I am on hold forever listening to the message that repeats itself so often you could die, you might want to ensure your receptionists aren't just sitting there gabbing so people can actually receive help

If I get found dead it will be lac of responsibility on behalf of this surgery. I was told that my medication would be ready after bankholiday. However no prescription has been ordered. Just been on the phone waiting over an hour for someone to answer my call .I am in urgent need.

Partners been in agony with his stomach for days, been trying to ring & no one answers, so I drove down spot on 8 to get him appointment, was stood outside for 10 minutes whilst its hanmering it down, constantly pressing on the buzzers, then had too bang on the windows, for the receptionist to then appear and just open the door and walk off! I told her the situation and she said the earliest appointment was NEXT thursday! However my doctors signed him up and got him in straight away due to his pain! USELESS!

Tried to book my 10 week old daughter for her 8 weeks jabs and they said she would be put on a waiting list just like they said they would at 8 weeks she’s now 14 weeks (15 weeks in 3 days) and still no jabs She was meant to have these jabs in October it’s now 8th December

They finally got her in for the 19th December

I had to change my Dr's to get a Dr's appointment. 🤣🤣🤣 Ridiculous.
How the council or whoever runs this tip, hasn't shut them down, I have no idea.

Been on the phone since number 8 got all the way to 1 was on hold for 1hour and 2 mins then it said were extremely busy right now absolutely ridiculous I'm sueing you for neglect

They don't allow you to book appointments in advance or even get an emergency one after 8:30. I'm sure they breaking regulatory rules somewhere by refusing to book appointments period. Honestly they don't give a monkeys whether they live or die, it's lip service all the way. Doesn't matter what you tell them, they dismiss everything as bug that just needs rest and paracetamol. How they've kept a license to operate is beyond me. They also consistently get prescriptions wrong.

Wouldn't even give it a star. I rang at exactly 8am and was told that there was a huge number of calls. After 15 minutes of waiting I got told I was caller number 20. .. I have been on the phone an hour now and I'm caller number 5. I'm guessing I may get spoken to in another hour.

Just to get told the doctor will call me back sometime today or there is no appointments. My 1 year old needs to be seen. I am changing doctors.
