The Heavitree Practice

Terrible to say the least. Receptionist was rude, racist and very unhelpful. I feel lucky that because of her attitude I have left the surgery and registered with another practise. Who are kind, efficient and professional.

I am always able to get an appointment really quickly at this practice. The receptionists are helpful and the numerous doctors and nurses I have seen have all been very positive and informative. The Building is always very clean too, and I love how they have the pharmacy right next door, very convenient.

Some of the receptionists are really rude and need to go on customer service training. They speak to you like your a 2nd class citizen and are very patronising

I have been coming to the practice for many years for various back problems. Andrew is such a caring, professional and knowledgable osteopath and I would not consider going anywhere else. The practice is always immaculately clean and a friendly reception on arrival. Highly recommend.

The receptionists are very friendly.karen,Helen jack and Elizabeth are very knowledgeable and willing to help with any queries I might have. Dr. Barker has been excellent every time I have needed him.

Dr Chamberlain and Dr Barker have been out standing with the care needed for my self. The practice in general has been outstanding.

Amazing doctors been going there since birth

I'm sadly in here all the time as I'm chronically ill but the drs are great, the receptionists are welcoming and the nurses are friendly. It's always beautifully clean, runs on time and I always get an appointment.
