Truly a 5 star Practice: As a seventy-something and a non-driver I can walk to the surgery without having to ask for help. Excellent service without exception. Everything you could wish for in any medical situation - and believe me we have had many of those.

An exceptional Doctor first class care and he is a man that can make things happen! I trust him implicitly and am glad l found him my health is in very good hands! He is the very essence of what a Doctor should be!

Service has got so poor . Repeat prescription are being delayed although request several times by local pharmacy and myself.
I did not have medication for 3 days and I have heart condition. The reason I got from the surgery pharmacy was not enough staff .
This is not acceptable anymore.I am also a nurse I know the strain but we still try to deliver service.
To get an appointment even telephone appointment is next to impossible .
As a nurse fir 30 years caring fir end of life patients I cannot help for myself anymore.

If you want to be laughed at when in pain.. have your daughters leered at. be turned down for basic treatment. or have all medical evidence collated by your previous doctor thrown away.. then this guy is for you... a sham doctor
