Fairwater Health Centre

Not happy, booked an appointment for me and my children to see the nurse, when we arrived they had only booked an appointment for myself and not my children. When I asked the receptionist why this had happened all she kept saying is theres only 1 appointment made over and over again! She then asked the nurse if she could see us and was told that she could. I have no problem with the doctors and nurses but the reception staff are blunt,short and sharp. They should really have a system to confirm bookings as I didn't have any proof I had made these bookings over the phone.

Kind, helpful doctors who I have always found to be thorough, understanding and sympathetic. Easy to get an appointment although, obviously, you may have to wait. Emergency, same-day appointments are always available.

Just been to the health care to have hep a and tetanus needles which I hate needles seen a lovely lady called Helen who was lovely Thankyou for making it such a pleasure as I suffer with white coat syndrome

Nice environment with professional staff

Reception staff honestly need to find new jobs. The role requires a person with patience and compassion, instead all I have witnessed is the elderly being abused and disrespected by reception staff. I think it's awful that the reception staff feel its ok to treat the elderly with complete disrespect.
These women need to find new jobs instead of taking their frustration out on vunerable people.

I was vert fortunately that I was with this surgery for 36 years. The GPS are the around I felt safe knowing there were there.

Friendly desk staff and the doctors are lovely.

Amazing Dr service however the receptionist is EXTREMELY rude! Heard her on the phone to my nan and her attitude was inappropriate! Vulnerable people could be coming here and they shouldn't be dealing with that.
