Absolutely useless

I’ve had crippling eczema now for three months.
, so bad that I can’t leave the house and am in a lot of pain.

I’ve been calling for an appointment for two weeks and have expressed how much pain I am in but the receptionist just doesn’t care

I’ve filled everything out online, when the online service tells me to call the front desk, she tells me to fill out the forms online.

She’s said over the phone that because I’ve had to fill out a temporary resident form (even though I had been a patient since I was child and had to leave for university) that I am not a high priority.

I’ve sent photos and emails of my condition when asked with no response.

I’m so upset and feel completely on my own and I know they cannot be busy as I’ve spoken to others who are experiencing a similar service.

I am so so so grateful that the lady on the phone did organise a drs call, she did tell me to do It on line and i had a bit of a wobble explaining i was exhausted, thank the lord Dr Humpreys acted on the call and I was accessed at the surgery by another fantastic Dr, cant remember her name, she sent me straight to hospital where I have been ever since, struggling. I hate to think what could have happened if I had to do it on line, I totally understand we are in very different circumstances but not everyone is comfortable with on line.

Usually very good and very friendly. During this time not so much. Everything online online online. Not good for the elderly and trying to do anything on the phone is intimidating. I fear many people will become seriously ill because of this. Just tried to go on line to book flu jabs for my husband and myself. Says can only get on this site if we have a letter from the doctor and to register and password. I can just about do that but many elderly will be falling through the net. Appreciate they are doing there best, but cant waite to get rid of this new normal.

Doctors have been great...online booking system a joke ..can't get it to register..needing to book appointment to speak with Dr ASAP re ongoing issues so I can get back to work and (not all receptionists may I add) today's receptionist not helpful just passes the buck and tells you to book online even after explaining you're having issues with the online system. My daughters have both had problems with the ebooking system and accessing it as well. This is something that needs looking at urgently ..how on earth older people who are not tech savvy supposed to manage!

Wow I have never seen such disgusting from a medical profession!

So whilst laying on the table being seen to I was shouted at because I had to ask them todo their job properly and check their notes.

Apparently I had missed a physio so I was taken of the list yet the physio has recommended further testing from the apt I attended - which is obviously not on the system …. Again

Because of this she refused to deal with me and receptionist then threatens to call the police if I don’t leave because I ask to see another dr due to Managing Dr attitude.

I have already been misdiagnosed from a CT scan last year now they refuse to do their job completely

I'm going to change my GP. I don't feel safe. Their knowledge of mental health illness is limited. Had to contact them needing my bloods not receiving my medication on time which then leaves me with without medication over the weekend. Just don't seemed to be bothered. Moved up from cardiff 5 months ago seen GP once however had reasons where I think I would have preferred face to face.

Dreadful. Getting an appointment to see or even speak to a Doctor is impossible. E-consult isn’t always appropriate. Call between 8 and 9. Can’t phone between 8 and 9? E-consult. Which is shut down or, if you do get on it, doesn’t answer your questions. STOP THE E-CONSULT SYSTEM.

After spending months with back pain. I ignored the advice of not going private, I was told not to bother and save my money. Well lucky I did, because on my MRI which I had done on the nhs, clearly showed a problem which the practice missed. I had to pay nearly £2000 to investigate my back problem because I was getting nowhere with the practice. Thankfully I was put on the emergency list on the Nhs via my surgeon, and I have since had an operation. A operation I may add which would never of happened if I had not taken a second opinion via a private practice.
