Could Never Get An appointment - Ever!!! Stupid Hours Of Opening, Unbelieveably Bad Treament By Doctors. Do Nor Register Here, Find Another Doctors!

The telephone number changes all the time. No idea what times they are open. To be fair, the doctors there have been helpful everytime I've seen them but I think a better standard of opening hours and ability to make appointments is required. I've put two stars but it seems to be coming up as five.

This is by far the worst GP surgery I have ever had the displeasure of being registered at. In addition to condescending doctors, a lack of appointments which required me to visit the surgery in a different part of Cardiff (not ideal if you are unable to drive safely due to illness), charging me £40 for a doctors letter (previous GP did it free of charge) and a dingy and underequipped practise, I was charged no less than £20 for calling their number attempting to secure an emergency appointment whilst I was ill.

Having worked in hospitals and healthcare centres in both Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, I can positively say that this is the least patient centric and most money grabbing health service I have ever dealt with.

I would recommend avoiding this practise as it is quite likely the experience of visiting it and dealing with its staff may possibly make you ill.

Reception staff unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Doctors rarely there.

Never answer the phone and the calls cost a stupid amount. Opening times aren't correct and there's always a wait in the surgery.

Dr Amir is the reason this has more than one star. Everyone else in there will yell at you.

Reddiculous opening times coupled with extremely rude and unhelpful staff behind the counter. The rating is mainly from the opening times, but I can not understand why people with such distain for those they are meant to be helping would willing stay in such a position. Hoping you find happiness in new job soon.
