the male dr. i went to see was outstanding. after being misdiagnosed so many times at other surgerys. he took his time, he listened and asked many questions really trying to solve my problem. i am very happy indeed

Worst GP experience I've ever had. The male Dr spend 2 mins sorting my first issue out then another 8 minutes angrily (like he was arguing with me about it when I didn't even say anything) explaining how I'd have to book another appointment for my other issues as we only had a 10 minute slot. He also advised me to carry on with zero exercise and smoking and maintain my current unhealthy lifestyle. It was obvious his only interest was getting me out of there.

Genuinely the worst GP visit in my 40 years on this planet.

Most staff here used to be really friendly and polite.
Now Its a lottery who picks up the phone.
We are all finding things difficult and different with corvid, but that doesn't give me the right to be rude and or even passive aggressive to people.
Also some people find it difficult to get their heads around online prescriptions/appointments etc. Surely the surgery should be a place for a bit of empathy and understanding.

I am giving 5* only because of the GPs who are extremely helpful and practice manager Jenny is outstanding. I wouldn't like to comment about the reception staff as our best ( Rose) has retired.

Everyone is rude and the doctor called me just to tell me there's no support for adult ADHD, which is really upsetting.

I have had the pleasure of speaking to two different receptionists, both of who were extremely rude. I’ve been discharged from hospital recently and have been chasing up with my GP ever since. They didn’t have any information regarding my hospital visit- so I was asked to drop off my discharge letter at the surgery. I rang and requested an appointment with the GP, when I turned up it was an appointment with a nurse who didn’t know what was going on, she advised I should book an appointment with a doctor. I tried booking at reception and was told to ring tomorrow at 8 which I did, and now I’m being told I have to wait six days, until next Monday just to speak on the phone to a GP but to drop in a urine sample in the meantime. (This will be my third trip to the surgery in 3 days). This is the most shocking experience I have had. The receptionists should not be making judgement calls on medical queries, they are not medically trained. The staff lack phone etiquette and require a little empathy to deal with these phone calls, and if not, then maybe they should consider a different career path.

the worst clinic in cardiff, stay away, they don't want to do enything, I've been suffering from pain for over 8 years. I had to go privately for tests, and that didn't turn out, they have time. doctor has never seen any problem to do anything about me, worse GP.
